"For its first overall selection, the Bills need a day one starter at a thinner position like S/CB/LB or WR that can make an impact as soon as he lands. The defense could use some help after losing 3/4 of its secondary and with receivers Bob Woods and Flash Goodwin going going back back to Cali Cali, there’s a void at that position too." http://nysportsbiz.com/2017/03/14/3-reasons-bills-shouldnt-use-10th-pick-on-alabama-te-o-j-howard/

Whaley has been a complete failure as a GM

This thread is garbage. Whaley's the best GM since Polian no question. Hughes, McCoy, Graham, Darby, Zach Brown and I could keep going.. -
http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/08/23/buffalo-bills-earn-top-pro-football-focus-ranking-through-two-preseason-games/ Pro Football Focus has the Bills ranked as the top team in the league after the Colts and Giants games. We're only halfway through the preseason and the starters have barely played but this has got to be a good sign for the second and third units of Buffalo. Also, if you look at the history of teams who finished with the best preseason PFF grades the last 3 years, they've all fared pretty well. More than anything what I'm taking away from this is that guys are competing hard and the extra yr has really helped Tyrod's development and the implementation of Rex's D. Any thoughts?

Bills are too talented to start like that. Plus, the beginning of the schedule favors them. That being said, if they aren't healthy and playing well towards the second half it could get ugly.

Bills reach stadium naming rights agreement with New Era
pbanach replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't mind it at all. It is literally a new era of ownership and figuratively with the New Era name. And it's a Buffalo-based company so I can dig that. -
Offense: Cardale, Jonathan Williams, Walter Powell and Cyrus K. http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/08/13/bills-colts-preseason-game-one-4-takeaways-from-buffalos-offense/ Defense: Adolphus, Seymour, IK and the Brown Bros. http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/08/14/bills-colts-preseason-game-one-4-takeaways-from-buffalos-defense/ Who else do you guys got?

http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/08/12/sources-tyrod-taylor-and-bills-new-deal-has-outs-that-protect-the-team/ It's all in the details for Tyrod as what appears to be a long-term contract is essentially a year-to-year deal where the QB will need to annually earn his keep! I like the move for the Bills. What do you think?

It's pretty obvious at this point but especially with Shaq missing time the Bills defense could use another pass-rusher. Former Syracuse Orange standout Dwight Freeney is still available and would be a good fit IMO. What does everyone think about GMDW making a move like this? http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/05/17/3-reasons-buffalo-bills-sign-pass-rush-specialist-dwight-freeney/

http://nysportsbiz.com/2016/05/01/bills-reggie-ragland-will-win-defensive-roy/ Former Texans Executive and Redskins GM Charles Casserly said on the NFL Network that Bills new LB Reggie Ragland will be the defensive rookie of the year in 2016. What does everyone think about that? Ronald Darby almost won it last year so you never know!
