Fair critique, but the offensive line was significantly worse with Sirles starting last week. I feel if you have talent around Miller, he won't be nearly as much of a liability. Matt Paradis and Daryl Williams should realistically help whoever starts at right guard. Don't sleep on Ike Boettger getting a shot there either. Any reason why you don't think a 31-year old wide receiver entering the final year of his contract wouldn't be available? Throw in the fact that the team will likely have a new head coach and I don't think it's as far-fetched as you believe. Appreciate you reading up to that point at least.

Appreciate the response/constructive criticism. Most draft boards available are top-100 players right now. If draft experts don't have a full idea of where players will go, it's hard to do a full seven-round projection. That said, I addressed a few picks specifically and gave a general idea of how the others would be used. Here's a full look at how I'd use the picks: Round 1: DT Ed Oliver Round 2: WR Anthony Johnson Round 3/4: A.J. Green trade Round 4 (via Ragland): Guard depth Round 5: LB behind Alexander Round 5 (via McCarron trade): CB depth Round 6: Quadree Ollison Round 7: Tight end Round 7 (via Seymour trade): BPA As for being free agent heavy, most of the players listed won't break the bank. Thanks for reading!

Here is a set I was given by a Bills fan looking to downsize their collection. One of my more interesting pieces. -
7 trade targets for the Bills
RyanTalbotBills replied to RyanTalbotBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wish we saw more three team trades in the NFL. I should have been more specific. I could see the Broncos firing Joseph after their game on the 28th considering their three games before the deadline include matchups with the Rams, Cardinals and Chiefs. If that happens, the Broncos may sell off pieces on the eve or day of the trade deadline. -
7 trade targets for the Bills
RyanTalbotBills replied to RyanTalbotBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like the idea of Buffalo at least calling about those wide receivers. All three are on struggling teams so it may be possible. I could see Denver firing Vance Joseph in the next 2-3 weeks. At that point, I think a lot of their players would be available. It will be interesting to see what their asking price is if he's put on the trade block. -
A lot of people expect the Bills to be sellers at the trade deadline. That may be the case, but the Bills should also have an open mind about adding talent at the deadline. I listed seven potential targets in my article and gave reasons why the players may be available. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the seven players listed, as well as any players you'd like to see the team add. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/expo/sports/erry-2018/10/bdc68833327434/nfl-trade-rumors-7-players-buf.html#incart_most-readsports

Tre'Davious White has been one of Buffalo's best players, but I'm guessing he's not in the top 5 as Los Angeles went out of their way to avoid throwing in his direction. I personally think Lorenzo Alexander has been pretty solid through two weeks. Thought he'd crack the top 5.

Who helped/hurt themselves against the Panthers?
RyanTalbotBills replied to Sky Diver's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here is an article I wrote following the game on players who helped or hurt their causes. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/expo/sports/erry-2018/08/14ce9007005321/14-buffalo-bills-who-helped-or.html#incart_river_mobile_index After rewatching the game, I would have added Wyatt Teller despite his one penalty and UDFA Ike Boettger. -

Hurst is actually off of some draft boards due to his heart condition. There is talk of him falling to the third day of the draft. No idea what the Bills think of his medicals, but he's a top 10 prospect from a talent-perspective.
-
While I have no doubt that the Bills have talked to most, if not all, of the teams in the top 10, I wouldn't go off of NFLDraftBites' information. He throws a lot off the wall. For example, when reports came out that the Rams were possibly interested in Odell Beckham Jr, he reported that a source close to Beckham's agent said the WR would be a Ram and get $100 million in a contract in the next four weeks. Not sure if he deleted that gem or not. Also, over half of his followers are fake/bots according to Twitter Audit.

2018 NFL Draft Bills Interest Tracker
RyanTalbotBills replied to RyanTalbotBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Updated. Thank you for the heads up. -
Hey everyone. I don't generally come on here to promote my work, but this is a bit different. With the draft just weeks away, we compiled a list of meetings the Bills have had with prospects. Official-30 visitors and private workouts are indicated. http://www.newyorkupstate.com/expo/erry-2018/04/b675f821924437/2018_nfl_draft_which_prospects.html

I'm a huge St. Brown fan. Really think some team is going to steal him late on day two of the draft.

Josh Rosen has "Bust" written ALL over him.

I just came on to share this article. No one knows if Rosen will become the next great NFL QB, but scouts/GMs/executives have been wrong plenty of times. -

I don't see Derek Anderson as a realistic option. Anderson, Peterman and a rookie would not inspire much confidence. -
Thank you to everyone who has checked out the article. Just to address a few comments: 1. There are definitely some players who won't reach free agency in this article (Brees, Garoppolo, Demarcus Lawrence come to mind), but this is based on players who are set to become free agents and the focus of the article was players at positions of need (not a top 50 free agent list). 2. Certainly wasn't trying to go out on a limb by naming 50 players. Intention was to simply show what could be available when free agency starts. 3. MLB options are thin. Cornerback, however, is pretty deep. If Buffalo is worried about E.J. Gaines' durability or asking price, there are plenty of options out there. 4. If Kyle Williams retires, I think the team will be very aggressive with a guy like Star Lotulelei. Appreciate the article being shared and discussed.
