wow, well I will say that is a very fair trade offer from that person. I'd tell you to negotiate to a third, but if that person has any sense they'd know that they already gave you a fair offer. so I dont epect to be able to talk them down. since your league is a keeper league, your 2nd is worth less than a draft from scratch. holmes and mcgahee would be a deadly duo (if you can get larry johnson on your team for insurance) that said i'd do it and make sure you pick up the back up running back for priest. you very possibly could end up with the two highest fantasy point scorers at the end of this year. you can rename your team to "torn acl" it'll be great. just my opinion.

The *only* reason I'm down on Bledsoe is because he proved with pitt he cant be counted on in the big game where you need to count on him. I'm sure we could go 11-5 with bledsoe, but the problem is I'd have no hope of winning a superbowl since he would choke. Losman is fresh and new and has no such boundaries. its a risk but I like the all or none attitude. great risks reap great rewards and JP is indeed a great risk. Hopefully though it will result in thaat great reward we all covet.
