  1. ah, "TBD2005BILLSFF" is not the same as "TBD2005BILLS" so in short to join the league... 1. register with nfl.com and log in 2. create a team name (preferably your TBD username) 3. find the league TBD 2005 in that stupid useless search 4. password TBD2005BILLS
  2. Very hard to find the league. R. Rich, its telling me the password does not work. Everyone else, its hard to find, use this search criteria to narrow it down. League Type Private Draft Date August 08/25/05, 7:00 PM ET Draft Style Live Draft *** all the info *** League Name TBD 2005 League Type Private Description For TBD's Fantasy Football Fans Draft Date August 08/25/05, 7:00 PM ET Draft Style Live Draft Created by R. Rich Current Members (1) R. Rich: R. Rich
  3. lol, i started to read through that whole thing. oops. so r. rich how many leagues do you want me in with you. i don't want to kick your butt too many times
  4. wow you cut denney. thats an unexpected move.
  5. the rangers have 6 players on their roster at the moment. not much dead wood to clear out i'd say.
  6. that is a very presitgious list of names on that list though. gives me chills to read it. those were the guys who played in the glory days of hockey. they should all retire though.. its a new era for hockey and them moving on would symbolize that.
  7. I still think Moss is #1, (he's just such an endzone threat), followed by Marvin, then maybe Chad can be number 3. Owens will probably have another big season, but right now he falls under the category of being a gamble, you dont want to be using top round picks on a gamble.
  8. crap, I took that ever crowded buffalo subway to work today. terrorists are sure to target it. how am I going to get home???
  9. If I picked 2 players... Underrated: London Fletcher, MLB The cog that the defense revolves around. Overrated: Terence McGee, CB Had some luck and success last year, but cannot be relied on as a starting CB. When push comes to shove he will let us down big time.
  10. Yeah, rules of the league were 2 RB's/2WR's or 3WR's/1RB. 12 man league. most teams in the league went 2/2. for half of the games I went 3/1 and then when I was able to dig up 2 starting RB's I went 2/2. my general starting linup was bulger/goings/suggs/moss/harrison/mcmichaels/akers/bills and somehow that linup dominated every week (only near the end of the season though). someone from my team stepped up every week. there were two players in my league that went RB in the first 4 rounds. neither of them made the playoffs. also I rember how i lost the championship now. I started volek instead of bulger, that was the week volek got 2 fantasy points. suck suck suck, why did I not trust my proven starter.
  11. of that whole big word ucla wrote, "moxie" was my favourite part of it. Bills in 05-06, one word..... moxie
  12. yeah i did reasearch once, turns out state farm was cheaper for me. it was strange to discover.
  13. at first i thought you wanted to root for syracuse or something. i guess sudo is cool too, but syracuse is better.
  14. Oh the troubles of being Fake-Fat Sunny, your pain is a unique one.
  15. not to complain, but maybe using MS Word to write these things up would help you. sometimes i write my posts in word just to make sure my grammar is ok. ok i'll (try) to continue reading
  16. man, never heard of her. i thought you were making fun of dan patrick in some strange way.
  17. So with all of this talk of pennington being hurt, cmart being old, etc... I dont think the jets are going to do very well this year. I dont think cmart will have a great year. he'll do ok as always, but struggle to reach is usual 1000. but wow, i suddenly look forward to our first game against the jests. i'll say this, they won't be dethroning the pats, thats for sure.
  18. what do you think he was doing in college? playing paddle ball?
  19. yeah 290 to niagara falls blvd, hang a right and don't stop untill you hit teds (on the right). andersons right next door always makes a great desert.
  20. eh where did this thread come from? am i blind?
  21. On more "must do" while in buffalo (or amherst) is Teds Hot Dogs. Its just a fast food hot dog place, but its just freekin good, get a footlong hotdog and a milkshake, your tastebuds will thank you.
  22. just the mention of ottawa... i miss hockey. good ol' canada.
  23. in China you don't leave tips (or at least they are not expected). thats my full contribution to this thread.
  24. Amherst isn't a city, they didnt meet the difinitive requirements, only becaues thet have no central "downtown" area (so it probably never will be a city). However it was named the safest town with a population over 100 thousand. Unforunately there was a homocide this year, so it might drop to 2nd or 3rd in rank.
  25. It brand new (I think... it's on Millersport Hwy, right??) If its what I'm thinking of, its a brand new building, they've been building it for the last year and it just opened up maybe a month or so ago. Amherst is as suburban as it comes. Traffic is starting to get bad though. You'll not be more than a few blocks from Duffs Wings if its the place on Millersport, so make sure you get some!!!!!
