I knew I'd step on toes with that "never has been" stuff regarding Henry. I just forgot how much I have defending myself on it. In short.. he was the RB on a pass happy team. His yards were not tough yards. Anyways forget that and lets focus on the future of Travis Henry. Does anyone here really think he'll get over 400 yards again? We got Henry for a 2nd rounder. Got 3 years of wear and tear out of him, and then traded him for a 3rd rounder. Thats pretty awesome. I wish we could get value like that out of all of our players. How many of you would just love a 2nd rounder traded to us for Mike Williams?

Ok then try to explain this... 3rd quarter of NE vs Buffalo, we are losing 21-0. We get to the 32 yard line and then kick a field goal on 4th down. How is a field goal going to help this team? The 3rd quarter is half way over and we have been getting dominated all game. ... Mularky didn't want a shutout to be added to his resume. He's doing what helps him and not his team.

Why else would you go for a field goal late in a game you are getting crushed in. You are trying to make the numbers look good for when your coach review period comes up. MM is playing the "make it look good on paper" game. If Holcomb can score more points and make the numbers look better...

Uhm... and Travis Henry... who moved to Florida and refused to step foot in our city would have made a good backup? Yeah I bet he'd gain tons of yards for us sitting on his couch while the rest of the team is at The Ralph playing the game.

We've already established that you cannot fault TD for MW being a bust. Every scout/writer/fan/coach and football player thought that either MW or McKinnie should be taken with our pick. What in the world? That's one of the few things TD has done right. Henry sucks and never was nor never will be a good running back. I bet the guy never rushes for over 400 yard in a season again. He took this nothing player and turned him into a high 3rd round pick. Not to mention that Travis absolutely refused to play in Buffalo anymore. So taking a guy that will not play for your team and getting a pick for him is also impressive.

Yes. But we aware that Davis has not been rules out as a starter yet. Keep an eye on it. If Davis is not playing, then Wells will get 80+ yards. You are not very familiar with the Jags defense are you? They are a siv when it comes to rushing defense.

Only if we don't sign Grady Jackson is Edwards worth any money.

I'm not on any team per say.. but I play pick up hockey at least once a week. I played in a flag football league in the fall. Once in a while I'll play basketball or softball, when I have the chance.

You really should take Clements off that list. Your post loses a lot of credibility by his presence there.

Based on the teams all of those guys come from and what their teams and respective offensive/defensive units have done... this Mike Trgovac guy is the only one I don't assume right away would suck.

pick up Wells. Jax has a terrible run defense and RB's have been having great games against them all season. If he starts he could really score some points.

In this super high salary cap age, top 3 draft picks are not desireable anymore. Nobody wants to pay any one player that kind of money. I'm happy with the #7 pick and taking the top rated guy who weighs over 300 lbs.
