  1. Hilarious
  2. I recommend the NHL - we have a great team in the Sabres......
  3. Please reconsider breaking cardinal rules on positing. If you blame Josh at all I'm not sure what to tell you. His throw to Kinkaid was absolutely heroic and only he could make that throw.
  4. I was spending north of $50,000 on 4 tickets, etc....I wouldn't call it "saving money" as I'd give my left b*ll to be able to spend that and see a Superbowl.
  5. I think it was a relatively routine catch for an NFL receiver. A lot of other things could have happened to win the game (spot, try a GDFing sneak to the right, run Cook more than 13 times when he's averaging 6.5 YPC) but just make the catch.
  6. Need a stud UFA WR- a higgins type
  7. Best hands in the draft my asz. He catches that ball (and it's a routine catch as far as I'm concerned) and we have first and 10 on the 25. Sickening as is the 4th and one ball placement (14 point swing).
  8. I think Safety is a huge need of ours. I don't think Hamlin is a starting safety in this league and I think Rapp is a below average safety. I do have hope for Bishop cuz he has the athleticism to be successful. a shutdown corner would be nice too. I think douglas walks, Elam is cut and #47 is a bit above average and now has 2 concussion in 7 days.
  9. Agreed - some people on this board don't seem to understand football or overreact. KC has a real DC that can generate a pash rush while Babish failed miserably as far as I'm concerned. The fact the other team scored a TD on their first drive of every playoff game is a hiuge red flag to me. Maybe Babich doesn't have good enough players, but, they sure seem to be totally unprepared at the start of the game.
  10. I think you're confusing Bishop with Hamlin. Bishop was fine, Hamlin was destroyed all game. Some not his fault as Babich should never have in man vs a top WR
  11. I was begging for us to take Ladd McConkey in the draft. He was pretty damn good this year for the Chargers. Coleman seems like a good kid and may turn out okay next year but Ladd would have been a game changer for us this year. We need a speed guy and will have cap space, so maybe there will be someone in UFA? Hollins obviously is a must resign guy.
  12. This has been a great year for a '"transition" year. The Chiefs are the Chiefs and can easily win. Until you knock them off they're the kings. We can beat them, but will have to really earn it as they won't be haphazard with the ball like the Ravens were.
  13. considering the only player to miss practice due to illness was Dawkins for one day, I'd call this fake news. Maybe find another grapevine.....
  14. we didn't aggressively pass rush Lamar when rushing 4, we "contained" rushed him. Mahomes has been taking some sacks lately due to his tackles and his ankle injury. We should be able to get to him. Buffalo also made adjustments and Worthy disappeared in the last 3 quarters. If we score 30+ I think we will be happy in the end.
  15. I think his first love is chess. If he does want to earn a nice next paycheck though, he may want to show up next week and hopefully therafter
  16. Can't be mutually exclusive. He turned the ball over twice with two really ugly turnovers, so couldn't have had a solid game. "Lions offense was solid too, except fore their 4 or 5 turnover." Lamar was below average.
  17. I hope he has an impressive offseason. there's a cloud surrounding him where he always manages to lose in the playoffs, sometimes his fault sometimes not. Either way, he loses.
  18. Yep - go up by 8 - can't lose on a baltimore drive up 8. If Andrews doesnt choke on that 2 pt conversion catch, I still believe josh leads them down the field for a a GW FG. 3rd and goal from the one, you do 2 tush pushes. Sometimes Brady doesn't think - which happens to all coaches
  19. amazingly talent team - hope they enjoy the probowl and offseason
  20. Josh Allen is a waste of a draft pick. If he turns into anything good, every analytical model will be proved worthless.
  21. Not sure how many "minutes" Jackson played vs Josh, but, Baltimore was up 35-2, and Jackson was still in the game with 7 minutes left. Josh sat out the entire NE game, barely passed in the 2nd half of the JAX game and the 1st Miami game, and left very early vs Tennessee, Seattle and NYJ (game 2). SF was played in a snowstorm. By my calculations he played the equivalent of just over 14 games. A lot of stats could have been "padded" for Josh in those 3 games. Nothing against Lamar, he had an amazing season, but the 2 QB highlights of the year are the KC run by Josh and the QB receiving TD vs SF by Josh. He would have a 3rd too on the shotput TD throw if not for a phantom holding call called it back.
  22. He played the first half in a similar situation vs Miami a few years back. Plus 14 wins would be a franchise record
  23. easy answer - KC@Denver. Even if KC is playing backups, Denver will need the win to make the playoffs
  24. 11% chance of Bengals making playoffs, so, we need to relax. Things will be more clear after tomorrow. I'm writing off MIA with Tua out, but if INDY wins, I'm guessing the odds of CIN making playoffs is round 9%. Stats would say DEN % of losing .50*IND Chance of losing .40* CIN chance of winning .45 = 9%
  25. Not sure if this belongs here but didn't think it needed it's own thread. The D wasn't as bad as I thought vs Detroit but it's hard to emphasize how horrible Cam Lewis paid. He was beyond downright terrible and let to a ton of Detroit's big plays. I like him usually but not last week
