If we somehow can keep both of our second rounders I would be glad to take him with one of them the dude is a stud.

Let the Giants take Barkley at 2, we can work a trade for 4 and save a little bit of capital in the process.

A receiver who can get separation is really what our WRs were lacking.

If we trade up to 4 and take Allen while Rosen slides all the way to 9 I'm gonna be very annoyed.

I still think a trade up is coming, however I think it is less likely we trade up to 2 and more likely we wait and see what QB falls and snag them at 6-9 range. But we have to trade up and get a QB no matter how many holes we have.

Price or Ragnow has to be a priority now.

We need to go up and get a franchise QB, we have to. With that being said, I certainty would not mind using our best pick left on an O-Linemen. We have to protect our investment (especially Rosen), we just can't let him get murdered by a combination of Groy ( a natural center) and Mills on the right side of the line. Someone like a Billy Price or Ragnow in the second round would be a big help for us.

The thing with Allen going 1st is that our whole draft depends on what Denver does at 5 (if Cleveland stays true that they won't trade down) I personally don't want to have our whole franchise outlook depending on Elway, but that's just me, so you are right it could end up hurting us.
