  1. Greatest QB talent ever.
  2. Detroit is pretty good lol
  3. Yea it’ll be a Dline heavy draft. Luckily it’s going to be stacked at that position so need and value will meet. Might see 2 out of the top 3 picks at DL. maybe they go after a BJ Hill or a DJ Jones in FA too. Miller will def be gone, I think DQ will too. AJE and Milano will be back for one more year. And Oliver and Groot definitely will be. back. Hopefully we don’t spend a ton of money or a high pick on a CB or another safety since we seem to get the best value out of those positions. DLine, protect Josh and get Josh weapons this year and every year please
  4. I certainly like McD the person and have appreciated what he has built. 7 years of excellent football has been a joy…until January. McD has always been a culture guy but I think one area he lacked a united vision is with his coordinators. Leslie was older and had more experience than McD, they have a similar D philosophy but I think McD left things to Frazier too much. On offense, I think he was a bit lost with where to go with it when he got the job as a defensive guy. So he gave Dennison try then stumbled onto Daboll where they had a lot of success. But McD always seemed to want to have a more balanced offense and Daboll didn’t. We have seen how much the two liked each other. Now with Babich and Brady (after detouring to just not a good OC in Dorsey), McD has coordinators that he can dictate his vision better to. I think that is just making the talent that was acquired by Beane with McDs vision in mind now work better on the field than past versions of the Bills. And I think you see that harmony and joy in the way players talk about this team and how loose McD has been lately (snow angels?!) In the end, McD will be remembered either as a Super Bowl champ or the guy who wasted Joshs prime. But I do think this is the version of the team that can do it. If they don’t get out of the divisional round, I will be shocked. If that’s the case a change would be necessary. Because if I believe the best version of the McD Bills is this and we fall short, we have to try something different…
  5. yea I went through the espn playoff machine and basically did a worst case scenario and even with beating the Niners the bills technically could miss out at 10-7. Though the odds of it are very very unlikely.
  6. Not sure that would be right. If we win next week the worst we could finish is 10-7. Indy, Denver, LAC, Baltimore and Miami all have less than 7 losses and are not already leading their division. Some of them do play each other over the next few weeks, maybe when that factors in it narrows it down enough the bills can clinch with 10 wins.
  7. If the dolphins lose a game before we play to get to 7 losses, yes
  8. colts are at 6 wins and still have Pats, Titans, Giants and Jags left. If they make it they would be my top wildcard choice to play
  9. https://www.reddit.com/r/buffalobills/s/vnYvHaQ1Nk Scroll down and you’ll see the article posted in the comments
  10. Will Dodson getting cut now affect how he fits into our comp pick formula next year? Over the cap had his contract cancelling out Samuels contract https://overthecap.com/compensatory-picks
  11. That Romo game still stings
  12. Diontae Johnson is probably the biggest name left but he won’t be cheap
  13. Cooper is better, younger and cheaper
  14. I was maybe the biggest Franklin Stan on this board during the draft and gutted through that game just to watch his play. I do wish he was on the Bills. But bringing him up every week he does or doesn’t do something is odd to me. We passed on every other WR that was drafted after Keon.
  15. Pretty sure Jake Elliot died after giving all his life force to hitting that 61 yard kick in the rain to send it to overtime vs Philly
  16. Right now, it is McDermott. Career it’s obviously Belichick. Belichick is a hall of famer but he will be 73 next year which would tie with Romeo Crennel for oldest head coach in NFL history. He also hasn’t been a successful coach since what 2020? The Bills could do better than McDermott and Belichick next year
  17. September football. Two new coordinators that got taken to school early and then the game was in the Ravens wheelhouse of running and blitzing. The Bills are still a really good team, bad night imo
  18. Ravens are 20-3 in home primetime games under Harbaugh. This was a tough position to be in on a short week for the Bills. We were never gonna go 17-0, just chalk it up to a bad game and move on. It doesn’t happen often for us so it is more jarring, but every team has a bad game here and there.
  19. Yes, the spread the ball philosophy is great in the regular season. In the playoffs against good defenses it’s going to narrow down to Cook, Shakir, Kincaid and hopefully Coleman. Adding Hopkins, a player you hope Coleman can play like, would be good insurance and he looked good last week still coming back from his MCL injury. We can still win without him but feel like it would give us some more margin for error.
  20. It depends on the other coordinators. Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowick will probably be first in line since they resurrected a has been and developed a rookie QB, respectively. Wes Phillips and Brian Flores will likely get looks of the Vikings keep up this tear. Id guess we probably will have another year with Brady even if the team keeps this up. His time as OC in Carolina was considered a failure and Daboll struggling in NYC without Josh will probably make teams pause about whether Brady can do it without the best QB in the league.
  21. Mayfield was with the Panthers and Rams during Brady’s last season. Leftwhich also wasn’t with the Bucs when Mayfield joined. Certainly believable but also not exactly a primary source there
  22. Wow Grable got a jersey ahead of Van Demark. Glad we finally have some OL depth
  23. A bit risky as Spencer has been hurt a lot. Will wait for the contract to see the price and how tied to him this makes us in the future. Protecting Josh and giving him weapons is all I care about, so without all the context right now I like it.
