Last week we had a storm that dropped 4 inches on us over 12 hours. With 2 inches on the ground, the news spent the first 5 MINUTES talking about the snow. We live in the NORTH EAST people! Last night, they opened with today's snow. The weather lady talked for 2 minutes about the snow and how the storm system was shaping up...BUT...would NOT tell how much was expected, in order to learn that, you had to wait til the END of the program....If it was that important, wouldn't you think they'd tell us at the start? This storm is being SO over-hyped by the media for ratings it's disgusting.

NFL Network just reported that: 1) This is the deepest draft, in terms of O-Lineman, in 10-12 years 2) The price of CB's in the league is sky-rocketing this off-season So...hopefully we use our #2 on a O-Lineman, and re-sign Nate Clements to a long term contract before its too late.

At the time it was a great move and was worth it. We needed a proven, durable QB to return us to respectability. More importantly, we needed a big name to fill seats. No room for Monday morning QB's at this point. Drew is gone...move on.

And who is that we can afford, and that can run the same offense, and that is WILLING to be a backup? Kordell has WAY more upside than any of the other FA QB's out there...

Since Kordell is a FA and visited last spring, why not sign him? 1) He'd come cheap 2) He knows the Mularkey system 3) His pro-bowl days were under Mularkey 4) He and JP are similar players 5) He has starting experience 6) He's only 32/33 years old 7) If JP goes down he can come in and run the exact same offence, probably better than Sean Matthews And my final reason, he was quite successful as Slash. Mularkey LOVES trick plays, Imagine what he could do with Stewart and Losman on the field at the same time? Add in McGahee, Evans, and Moulds... Now THAT is a high powered offense!
