Sometimes you need to be taught things more than once. Beane tried, failed. Swung and missed with Von? Injury had a lot to do with that. Missed on Basham. Oliver and AJ I'm not in love with. Groot I'm still undecided. Getting a true pass rushing force will make the rest so much better which we saw before Von's injury. Our LBs are undersized our secondary is also undersized and lacks true talent.

The Eagles got home six times for a sack and pressured many more times without blitzing once. It's called better DL players. Our front four was stymied by KC's putrid OL. Clearly our defense was a liability that our offense hid and the Eagles showed the league what a real defense looks like from their DL, LB and DBs. Now Beane knows what he needs to do.
