Yep, I was sick to my stomach for about 5 minutes. But if you told me after the Chiefs loss that we'd be 7-3 heading into the bye I'd have hugged you.
Right! Or the fact that our only loss would be due to a lost second prayer and that we had won every other game. We're doing amazingly well.

Gotta move past it. 1-1 against Seattle and Arizona is a good result no matter how it specifically happened.
You're right, but I think it's going to take Tuesday before most of the board is past meltdown mode.

Man if you told me they'd hold Arizona to 9 in a half I'd be ecstatic.

I agree. Statisticians are an interesting breed. Dealing with them when I’m doing budgets is particularly interesting as they base their view of what I will do across the entire organization (this is in my last life). I consistently outpaced the many but that was never factored in.
I fought it tooth and nail to no avail. That’s just the way they work...and I understand it...but don’t agree with it.
I feel like they are really good at getting the science down for that 90-95% of situations, but can't (due to mathematical models) account for nuance. The Bills have played significantly better than their point differential.

At a quick glance half the historic teams that are paired with the Steelers make it to the super bowl so...not exactly sure what the takeaway here is...

I think it is worth noting that we all remember Zimmer's play at the end, but I would counter with Allen-Diggs miscom is another play that stands out. Both teams had a play that should have ended differently and had Allen and Diggs not miscommunicated the Bills would have more points and the Pats less.
I don't know if this was mentioned anywhere, but did anyone else notice Jackson and Allen hug after the game. It's nice to see that what happened last year truly was an accient and that there is no bad blood between the two.

It's not surprising at all.
These are just baseless right wing talking points that don't reflect reality.
Prior to the election, they had the amount of mail in's listed which could be sorted by party affiliation, age, etc...
No one cared or said anything about the breakdown until now...strange how that works.
In other words, you are exactly correct.

Nice to see Dion bringing his luchador mask to the interview.

I think Mateovich or however you spell his name is being overlooked also.

Bills 14 Pats 10, Both defenses look good but for different reasons

Maybe we can sign Snacks from their practice squad. I think he was hoping to get added to the Seahawks active roster (turned down a couple of offers), but maybe an acquired DL will help with him being flexible enough to sign elsewhere.

I mean, today should of proved that you can not automatically slide the W in to the w/l column, until the fat lady sings.
That requires learning on our part.

I think this is a really emotional year for the Bills. Allen looks legit and the Pats look really vulnerable. I think that combined with certain worldly events and I think people are more likely to overreact positive or negative.
That is not to say that any critique is an overreaction, Aussie Joe's posts are not overreactions on this thread. The point is I agree with you Dingus and it seems like perspective is hard to come by sometimes.

Get well soon Dak. I don't like the Cowboys, but I gained a lot of respect for you when you shared your challenges with mental health stuff. The league is better with you in it.

It's tragic, really.
So far everyone has seemed fine, but there are a lot of long-haulers with COVID. These guys are risking their life goals and livelihoods.
Bad coaching bringing this team down
