At this point who would you rather face between these two?

McDermott definitely had a GREAT command of the game. As far as I’m concerned, we can put the “McClappy” crap to rest
Very well said, McD has been doing really well for a while now, sadly some of us have fairly short memories.

does this win really feel like a win? im struggling to enjoy it after watching all those completions to the Indy TEs. sorry dont wanna be a downer but it really upset me.
It is a win and it can be enjoyed, but unless we up our playing it's hard to believe we'll get nearly as far as we want.

This definitely seems like a:
If we do well this wasn't a big deal
If we do poorly this was to blame/partially to blame/the fix was in

Jimmy G back to NE, Darnold to SF, Stafford to TB?
Maybe Stafford to TB? The one year Jimmy was healthy they went to the superbowl.

You want to cut arguably the best KR/PR in football, for a guy who caught one pass? Interesting
Right, let's cut our pro-bowl player. Might as well go back in time and cut Steve Tasker, that scrub.

Aside from Poyer, really nice to see the other five in there. I can't remember the last time the Bills sent 5 players. Maybe I just have a bad memory.

There was a certain poster who used to be the biggest Bills Homer for well over a decade. And then all of a sudden when we truly had a real coach and FO, he became a hater. He also made these ridiculous comparisons to EJ Manuel’s stats to Josh Allen’s as proof that JA was no different than Manuel. I won’t say his name but it rhymes with Discuit.
Good thing you did that, no there's no way to tell who it is.

Tua looks like a nice game manager type of qb. Think he's going to struggle on throws across the middle due to passing lanes/vision. He's not special mobility wise. I don't see the hype Not hating on him just dont see anything "special" to warrant drafting a 5'10 qb with bad injury history already in college in the 1st round
Yeah, it looks like a team can win with Tua, but it doesn't look like they will ever win BECAUSE of him.

Apparently Tony is not reading TSW or listening to local sports radio. If so he would know McDermott is not good enough and the team sucks.
You forgot to mention how he is mainly known for slobbering all over Brady

Meh, no one complained about Romo when he called the Bills Patriots game in 17 and clearly wanted the Bills to win. People praised him when compared Belichick to the Grinch.
Romo spent a lot of the Thanksgiving game last year in awe of Josh Allen, no one seemed to upset about that either. SOME PEOPLE, got upset because he "allegedly" complained when Dak threw an interception to Star because they can't distinguish between Romo and Emmitt Smith SMH.
Romo simply nerds out about football and football players and it's not surprising he'd do the same about arguably the GOAT.
Also, have you listened to Arians. The dude is a diva turned coach. Romo is anything counterbalances how much Bucs fans have gotten to hear Arians blame everyone, including Brady, but himself. Wouldn't surprise me if that also influenced Romo's tune.

re: #8, I can only assume the refs got the number wrong. A DB blitzing (White?) hit the QB low, which I believe constitutes roughing the passer. Though technically not a wrong call IMO, it was dubious as the QB was running away as he went low.
Mentioned elsewhere, but I think that Herbert was out of the pocket which made Tre's hit legal.

Roberts is so good.

Good challenge by McD, a common complaint about him on here is the lack of this

Coaches not ready for this game, but not really surprised. Lynn owns McD.
Ah yes, how could McD lose to Lynn with Peterman and a 1st start Josh Allen. Good grief.

Poor Stafford.
I mean all in all it's a plus that this coach and GM are on the way out, but Stafford now gets to see what scheme and players the next coach needs 2-3 years to install.

I’m glad he included Mayfield because I was going to say Cam, but didn’t want it to appear any kind of racial thing because that is not it, it’s about some guys are Teflon when it comes to criticism in the media and Brady is one.
Yeah, Brady is "emotional" while Cam/Baker are "sore losers". It's nice to see Brady finally being called out.

Depends upon specifics. Rest, possibly anti-inflammatory drugs. We'll hope so!
I don't know if anyone else here remembers an article from 2017 that talked about the food the Bill's ate under McD. I know the nutritionists heavily emphasized anti-inflammatory eating. Hopefully they'll be in contact with Sweeney, (I'm sure they will) during this as well to help him.

What is the typical treatment plan for this? Is it something he can recover from fairly easily?

For the all the possessions Pitt is getting they should be winning by a lot more

Allen hasn't had a bye yet, he will be 6th or 7th on that list when he plays again...
Which is still incredibly good for where he was last year.

Back in the 2004 season, the Bills lost the home opener to Jacksonville on a 4th down td pass with no time left on the clock. The Jags receiver caught the ball in triple coverage because none of the Bills Dbs tried to knock it down. This was right after a miracle throw on a 4th and 14 where the Bills Donte Whitner went for an INT instead of knocking it down that resulted in a massive gain. At the end of that season the Bills lost to the Steelers 3rd strings and missed the playoffs by a game. Every game counts and if all you need to do is knock the ball down instead of an INT then knock the f'ing ball down!
I don't know how much you care about the details but Whitner was drafted in 2006...

The question assumes the Steelers lose and/or the winner of this game bests KC and we meet them in the following round. Between Bal and Ten please.
