  1. I'll continue my homerism. Ricky Walker, DT, Virginia Tech. I will not be surprised in the slightest if we use a late round pick on him or snag him as a UDFA.
  2. Dawson Knox, TE, Ole Miss Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
  3. Does that tie into the theory that the Many Faced God and the Lord of Light are one and the same?
  4. Always, except when they don't. I put together a post last year with all the trade rumors flying around about why the JJ chart doesn't really work any more and the Rich Hill chart that was based off of actual draft day trades is much more applicable.
  5. I actually just picked up the Hibiki today during lunch.
  6. I was on the start Allen week 1 train the day after the first round ended, so that was never a concern. Having Peterman as the only other option on the roster scared the ? out of me though. If anything happened to Josh I would've been advocating for Logan Thomas to step in, and I watched Logan's entire college career.
  7. No. The Bears gave their 1st in 2019 and 2020, a 3rd in 2020 and a 6th in 2019 I think. Chiefs gave 2019 1st, 2020 2nd, and swapped 3rds.
  8. Primarily from character concerns and the DV stuff IIRC
  9. Kind of, yeah. It's more accurate since none of the picks have occurred yet. @H2o and the Chiefs still have 61, 63, and 84 and could consider a trade up if they want.
  10. *** TRADE ALERT*** The Seattle Seahawks have traded Pick 84 and Frank Clark to the Kansas City Chiefs for picks 29, 92, and a 2020 2nd Round Pick. For now, this trade is being implemented into our little mock, but I am open to feedback.
  11. Available Players of note: Jeffrey Simmons Clelin Ferrell Byron Murphy/Greedy Williams N'Keal Harry/Marquise Brown/AJ Brown/Hakeem Butler
  12. Need to see who the Jets trade back with, and then jump them if that's the goal.
  13. Right. What I was trying to say was people were angry about what it meant for our roster, not about the compensation. I don't think anyone angrily asked how come we didn't get a 3rd or anything like that. But a lot of people said something that could be paraphrased as "Well I hope Josh is ready, otherwise this means we're starting Peterman".
  14. Wasn't it shown that Gil Brandt wasn't even at Houston's Pro Day?
  15. I was going to offer pick 253, but you beat me.
  16. At that point we would need to throw in something else as compensation. It'd be something like 9, 112, &181 for 23, 54, & 55.
  17. If it's Houston I'm looking for 23, 54, and a 2020 2nd at least.
  18. I'm fortunate enough to be completely done with student loans, and yeah, forgiveness would be a bit of a slap in the face. It's also a major issue that was forced on a lot of these people by the previous generation. Go to college or you'll be a failure, etc. I don't think the debt should be erased, that's just way too much. But I do think it would help everyone tremendously if the interest on the loans was capped, or frozen altogether. I don't know if it would work or not, but a lot of people my age are voting for socialists and looking for handouts because of the financial position they have been put in by the lies, predatory loans, and economy they were given. Throughout the recession people were graduating with high five figure to six figure debt (from a school they were told they had to go to in order to be successful), not getting jobs in their field, looking at an upside-down housing market with very little opportunity, and the interest the student loans were gaining was higher than what they could pay down in a month. Then they get blamed for moving back in with their parents. I do think capping or freezing the interest on these loans would actually impact the voting positions of a good portion of America. jmo.
  19. Not only that, but nobody would value a future 1st as equal to pick #12 this year. The trade would never happen.
  20. @RyanC883 and the Falcons are on the clock.
  21. Metcalf is the type of weapon Ben hasn't had since Mike Wallace. That's not a knock against AB, he's very good, just a different type of WR. I guess maybe Bryant, if he wasn't suspended so much.
  22. I think he'll be back in time, but if you want to loop me/virgil in to the PM we can review/pre-approve
  23. Put together a specific offer in a PM with me and Mr. 5,000. We can evaluate and if everyone agrees it can probably be a poll option when Buffalo's pick comes up or when you're on the clock.
