Your Opinions on the Gameday Opinions threads
BuffaloHokie13 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, it seemed a bit overwhelming and like there was opportunity to miss good contributions unless you followed every single one. I'm definitely a fan of the tried and true 1st half, second half, & postgame. Maybe pin a couple offshoots after the game to centralize topics you know will be discussed, but they felt too abundant and generic to be inviting imo. -
Why they call it "F" Street

Too many address errors because I and J look similar in handwriting. Even today people will spell it eye street sometimes just to be clear. -

Her domestic policy positions are way too far left for that. She comes across as appealing to moderates and conservatives because she is principled, but once they got a good look at her policies she'd be toast. -
Bi-Partisan Support For Impeachment
BuffaloHokie13 replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Well high is just pointing out he's in a position of power, which he is. More annoying, though, is that it states high misdemeanors (with an s) several times before switching to singular and pointing to a singular event. Maybe each of the 3 tweets was an offense? It's absurd. -

A tweet is a misdemeanor? What is this, the UK? -
It's part of the plan. First the shoes get pulled and it becomes part of 'rational' thought that the flag is offensive because it's from the slavery era. Then you point out that the constitution is also from the slavery era and should be discarded. No more borders, no more electoral college, no more constitution, no more republic.

Welcome to the new reality. If someone goes far enough left it's easy to call you far-right! -

Assuming he gets time to speak I think Yang wipes the floor with that field. If last night is an indicator, though, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will get 70% of the time. -

That sounds like a real Indian name. She's a fake Indian, so Susan works perfectly fine. -

Refugee Crisis in the U. S. (?)

Huh, its almost like that exact article mentions the lack of funding at one point. Strange. -

If only the facilities had adequate funding for the surge in numbers... ? -
I've said it elsewhere here, but imo the reasonable solution is to cap or freeze the interest accruals to provide a path for the money to be paid off. I came out well and I'm done with loans, but I've got friends that pay as much on their loans as they do for rent (here in DC that's a sizable amount) and they are barely keeping up with the interest growth. And yes, their degrees are in engineering, not a grievance study.

I'm pretty sure that when she won her primary she openly declared that she won her seat. If anything, she doesn't understand that Republicans also compete in elections, though maybe not in her district
