    I admit, part of that is me wanting to see Duke Williams continue to develop - as he seems to have the complimentary traits - paired with the WRs seemingly available. If Browns were making moves I'd take OBJ over an edge player. But as it stands I think pass rush could increase our turnover rate and help the offense with some short fields.

    I think that we've been on the receiving end of a blowout from a superior team enough that some folks expected us to do that to a Dolphin team that we are frankly better than.

    Honestly, my first post was mostly joking and I didn't check stats at all. I have since looked it up and the pats, cowboys, and chargers all attempted 5 or 6 passes after gaining a comfortable lead near the end of the 3rd.

    In is debatable, but yeah. Most teams really took control around the end of the 3rd.

    ?‍♂️ At the end of the day we overcame whatever shortcomings were perceived or created. As long as Allen is learning and the O is Gelling I'm not going to get too worked up about it.

    It definitely could have been worse, but I think some of the misdirection actually threw off our timing and disrupted overall production.

    In the first half I was having flashbacks to 'bad' Roman. I get that motions and gadgets can be handy, but they should never be the meat & potatoes of your plan.

    I think he was probably more frustrated that we weren't blowing out a crappy team. I believe his body language would be different if we jumped out to 3 TDs instead of 3 FGs

    Yep. That's pre-Titans & bye. Was the Tuesday after week 4 I believe, and the Pats game dropped Allen from ~20 to 24.

    It was a couple weeks ago, but here's my Q1 rankings. I hate total QBR lol. I'll be putting together more detailed and contextual posts after week 9 too. At quick glance, Lamar, Mayfield, and Flacco dropped over the past 2 weeks, while Matt Ryan and Teddy Bridgewater rose.
