Roman probably does have right around 30 plays. 'Problem' is you can run all 30 out of around 25 formations.

Compared to Allen who looks like this: Quarter: 1- 111 2- 129 3- 99 4- 91 Half: 1st: 240 2nd: 190 And yes, Allen missed a 4th Quarter. By the averages you could add 7 to his 4th quarter and second half tallies.

Maybe he will grow out of it, but I don't think Allen will utilize a contested catch, 50/50 ball type receiver. He doesn't like to throw to guys in tight coverage. A receiver that can create good separation and then separate further after the catch could be a tyreek hill type impact on the O. I honestly believe this is a big reason why Duke has been inactive.

I would not trade Allen for Jackson. I would trade him for Mahomes, Wilson, or Watson.
