  1. I'm sure it depends on your municipality, but here in DC any substantial infrastructure project also requires stormwater management practices, which typically includes bioretention planters to treat runoff from the road (trees planted here), and permeable paver sidewalks to also feed water to the planters.
  2. Yeah. I was also trying to figure out a way to post each team's picks, but it'd be too long I think. Are you able to filter as a viewer in the sheet? Or do you need edit permissions?
  3. Sure, I can check some other boards too if anyone has recs. DJ's is only top 50, so max of 1 left from his. McShay is top 99, so likely only a handful there. Miller's is top 150, so I can definitely pull 10. I could check draft network or something too.
  4. Even within states, and I know this is more individual than business side, but 1200 in Blacksburg, VA is 2.5 months rent. 1200 in Arlington, VA is 0.6 months rent
  5. We picked WR, Chase Claypool, in rd2. Honestly Peoples-Jones is mostly there as a joke
  6. We're in agreement on this one, though I went edge in rd2 as well with Terrell Lewis
  7. I struggled finding a consensus OT there. Basically everyone I listed shows up on at least 2 or the 3 boards in the sheet.
  8. Akerman is an autocorrect of Akeem. I'm sorry my phone isn't cultured!
  9. Going by the 3 in the sheet, and getting some variety: John Simpson, G, Clemson Josh Uche, Edge, Michigan Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington Anfernee Jennings, Edge, Alabama Ke'Shawn Vaughn, RB, Vanderbilt Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Michigan Jalen Hurts, QB, Oklahoma Jason Strowbridge, DL, UNC Troy Pride Jr, CB, Notre Dame Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB, App State Happy to get others' input though.
  10. PSA: The Google sheet and big boards are up to date with who is available
  11. It's 3.21% as of yesterday's numbers in the US as a whole. Italy's is 12.63%. That's quadruple. Spain's is 9.89. That's triple.
  12. So you think the mortality rate, which is highly flawed right now anyway, is going to quadruple? Why? We certainly have a larger population, but we also have very good capacity to accommodate. Our pace is more comparable to Germany than either Italy or Spain.
  13. I see nothing to support that conclusion. Are you talking raw numbers? Mortality rate?
  14. Population density is only one piece of it. I understand what you're saying, but it's definitely the exception.
  15. Right, no argument there. As I said, that's where my friends are headed. It's definitely the exception and not the rule though.
  16. Should be @Paulus and the Rams on the clock. @MAJBobby is up after the TSW poll
  17. I'd say most are same as usual or less. Obviously in hotspots like the NYC area they are heavily populated. I've got 6 friends in nursing here in the DC area, all of them are going to NJ or NYC because the need is much greater there.
  18. I'm hoping there's at least 2 more WRs in the poll for pick 86 ?
  19. Newton to the Dolphins, then Fitz to the Pats* after release. He's played for every other AFCE team. It's time.
  20. As I said in the shoutbox, now we wait for the Cumo/Clinton ticket. Not at all what I want or enticing to me, but wouldn't surprise in the least.
  21. No, that would get people to shop elsewhere. No business is going to willingly turn away customers.
  22. We did sign Taiwan Jones and Matakevich for Teams though
