  1. with practice squad WR's and 3 RB's that have been on the roster for a combined 10 days
  2. Should have been from what I saw. DB didn't really get his head around either
  3. it hit the WR in the shoulder pad because the DB barred his arms against his body
  4. Both really had their moments. Our backup OL is a sieve though...
  5. both because of successful 2 point conversions too!
  6. Duke does look bad, but Graham and AW look like a vicious combo
  7. This seems to be the headline of EJ's career
  8. He did enough for a good discussion to be had, which I'm happy with at least.
  9. John Murphy mentioned very casually last night on his show that Tyrod might get up to an entire half
  10. Let this sink in for a second: I was starting middle school the last time the Bills made the playoffs, I am now a Professional Engineer with a full time job...
  11. Maybe he was interested in a year off, but the last I heard he interviewed for the DC job at Georgia Tech I think. Don't know why he'd take that interview if he doesn't want to work, maybe just professional courtesy.
  12. New format: Stage 1: Public denial from all relevant parties Stage 2: Demand public apology from League Stage 3: Publicly agree to cooperate with the League despite plans to do otherwise Stage 4: Appeal the initial decision because the League hired someone to investigate, which obviously makes the findings biased Stage 5: Take the League to court to argue that there is no clear cut disciplinary action for placing live audio equipment in the visiting team's locker room
  13. Kelvin Sheppard is on the Miami Dolphins, FWIW
  14. Surprise - Deonte Thompson and Andre Davis (Honorable Mention - John Miller) Disappointment - Duke Williams. I thought he'd step in and take the starting position, but I haven't heard much of anything about him.
  15. Thompson and Davis need to blow the "top" off the defense!
  16. Sal Capaccio ‏@SalSports 21m21 minutes ago Sal Capaccio retweeted John Costanzo Totally. If Taylor can perform with this cast, it's an even bigger/better impression. Tough to ask, though. John Costanzo @jrock20041 @SalSports So I guess Tyrod is really going to be tested with lack of weapons
  17. I'll agree to disagree here. I do believe there are times where it would have been a good idea to take a QB over what we did, but our 2015 3rd round pick was the correct choice for our situation at the time IMO.

  19. He won't be doing anything tonight, or the next couple weeks
  20. So you'd have rather picked a QB likely to not see the field this year over John Miller, our starting RG?
  21. I kind of like that Watkins, Woods, and Harvin are out because it does give us a chance to evaluate how our fringe WR's perform a bit more. I'm actually starting to think that Thompson and Davis might make cases to make the roster over Hogan and/or Goodwin. Based on the reports from practice, it sounds like they have been asking Tyrod to sit in the pocket and avoid leaving it at all costs while making his reads. I think there will be a lot of throwing for him because that is what the coaches really need to assess. They know he can extend and make plays with his feet already. Also, not sure if he was mistaken, but John Murphy said on his show last night that Tyrod might even get an entire half of play. So don't feel bad for Tyrod, this is his chance to shine under less than perfect circumstances. If we generate points it likely means he's locking up the starting gig. The biggest concern with the new RB's is that they may be clueless on some plays which could hurt pass protection (This goes for all QB's, not just the starter) considering 2 were signed in the past 3 or so days. Either way I'm excited for tonight! GO BILLS!
  22. agreed, needs a date or something
