    It's not just Rex. Bowles in NY is a quiet disciplinarian and today his team had 14 penalties for 163 yards. I think the problem is a combination of Rex's style, our building reputation, and an general increase in flags across the league.

    The disguises aren't doing anything other than pulling players out of positions they are comfortable in. It's time to stop being cute and let our DL rush the passer and bring blitzers from multiple angles. No reason to have our DL drop into coverage.

    If Tyrod starts 50% of the games this year, or next year, his 2017 year is voided. Most likely they will work on a deal this offseason if everything goes according to plan.

    That depends on EJ. Does he agree to that kind of deal when the 5th year option money is an option? If we don't offer the option does he sign with us at all, or does he test the FA market? It'll be interesting to see what happens. For what it's worth, Sal's comment was specifically about us picking up his 10.6M 5th year option to guarantee retaining him.

    much cheaper. I don't know how much Manuel's option is, but RG3's is ~16M guaranteed. Best case scenario Manuel's is ~12M, maybe?

    Right, but wins in all of those games help more in any situation. It's way to early to call anything a good loss. If we win out and go 15-1 then tie breaker scenarios are pretty unlikely!

    Contract talk? We're 3 games into 2015 and his contract is through 5 days after the 2016 Super Bowl. Assuming he keeps up his performance and isn't injured I'd imagine the team will work on an extension to his existing deal in the offseason, but no sooner.

    Well, he was drafted to the Kansas City Chiefs. The draft was held in Chicago. He was selected in the first round with Pick #18. I'm certain that one of those is the answer you're looking for.
