First things first: I'm not comparing the players now, and I'm not saying that Tyrod will definitely develop into a franchise QB, let alone a top 5 QB. However, there are people who think Tyrod has had maybe 2 good games and that have complained about his performance thus far. I have compiled the stats from the first 5 games of another QB who had time to sit before starting. Let's let the season play out and see what we have. I had the opposite, clear picture and no audio for long stretches. It was kind of nice.

My experience was pretty horrible. I have a smart tv with the Yahoo app, and I used wireless (yes, I understand the issues are related to this). I do not have the time or energy to rework the infrastructure in my house to accommodate hard-wiring my living room TV to the router in my office. Even on wireless the TV is capable of streaming in 4K from Netflix without quality drops or interruptions. Instead, yesterday, I dealt with constant quality changes, audio dropping out all together, and stuttering that reminded me of power point presentations.

The numbers were almost identical to Tyrod's numbers in the Giants game (where 2 TD's got called back). And by most accounts, the Giants game was one of Tyrod's worst games this year.

No no no, 15 games simply weren't enough time to evaluate EJ. But by his 5th start we know everything about Tyrod because he backed up a Super Bowl MVP for 4 years in another franchise.

I'm a fan, and have been since his last year in College. Right now he is trending in the right direction, but is certainly reliant on some good weapons being available (I'd expect this from a young QB). We'll see if he can continue to grow and become one of those QB's that makes weapons look better than they are.

This, imo, is exactly why we will draft a QB this year regardless of Tyrod's performance. I think Tyrod can be good to very good, but that cannot stop you, as an organization, from taking shots on other prospects that you like.

So, in short, yes. you were wrong after 15 games of EJ, but 5 is enough for a definitive evaluation.

Just so we're clear, in his 5 starts you've seen enough to evaluate that Tyrod isn't great and has no room to grow, but in 15 starts you still thought EJ Manuel was the best QB on our roster? I see his 16th start changed your opinion a bit.

Aaron Williams retires? What? Harvin hasn't shown up? He has more receptions than any other WR on our team. Mario Williams will be here for 2016, but probably not 2017 unless something significant changes.
