Young minds are taking over the league and basically getting there - McVay looked like the unstoppable future. Belichick is the oldest coach in the NFL, which skews the perspective on age and "wisdom." Pete Carroll is the second oldest coach, which blows my mind, and I went to USC - I still love that guy.
