He rubs me the wrong way. I know he doesn't want to leave his current position, but I think that is a wise decision because I think he would struggle running a full team. You don't have many years left with an elite QB. That is the biggest selling point to coaches. You needed to hit a slam dunk with this hire so he/she could be around past Rodgers. I wouldn't call Matt LeFleur a slam dunk. I also think McVay has become overrated.

Why? Our scheme and coaching is very secondary friendly. If you can get a good asset for him on offense, I would do it. According to advanced analytics, he really struggled this year.

Looks like this was the HC that was most able to be controlled by Rodgers. I can't see this turning out good. Titans fans wanted him fired and now they get their wish with him gone.

I don't feel bad either. The guy sucked all year. It's not like this was the first kick he missed. Also, the deflection thing is ridiculous. It's not like the guy that barely got a fingernail on it was right on top of the kicker. He kicked it too low.

I don't agree with you that the staff feels he is 1t and throughout the season he routinely subbed in for Kyle. The only way he is going to last in this league is being a 3t. He is not big enough to just play a 1t. He will need to be in the backfield.

What the heck? 3t are the guys who have the freedom to be able to get to the backfield to disrupt the RB or sack the QB. Phillips had 27 tackle for losses and 14.5 sacks his last 2 years at Stanford. He is a 3t, he isn't a 0 or 1t.

They drafted Harrison Phillips in the 3rd round and he had a year of great mentoring. If he can't be productive, that's an issue with the coaching staff.

He is my favorite tackle prospect. I like him better than Jonah and Little.
