What the heck does that even mean? There is no set personality a successful HC has. You have Belichick, Pete Carroll, Andy Reid, and Sean Payton all having great coaching careers. They are all completely different personalities.

You would be really stupid to get rid of Gase in today's NFL. Good offensive coaches are hard to find. If Gase is available, you fire McDermott the next day. Not many coaches can make Osweiler look legit.

Not sure if you even follow UB football with this response. Jackson stopped running because of his knee injury last year. He didn't like running and only did it when necessary, that's why there was none to very little designed runs. Towards the end of year he became more confident in knee and that's where u did see more runs. Vantrease got the reps because Myers plan was to redshirt.

Maybe I'm just too sensitive but kind of a really crappy move by the o line. I personally think the whole buying o line gifts thing has gone too far. It sounds like Darnold tried to buy something and the effort was there. For them to do that after someone gave them a gift is uncalled for. If someone did that to me, it would definitely be in the back of my mind going forward. Not sure if that is the tone you want between your o line and QB, especially one as good as Darnold. Probably overthinking it, but Darnold seems like a guy that would be bothered by it.

Marquise Brown will end up the top WR drafted. Hoping it is to Bills. As soon as the process starts, Brown is going to fly up draft boards, while Metcalf will take a huge tumble.

You told me Osborn was returning? You want another little nugget, Myers is a favorite of this staff. Towards end of year, he was getting more practice reps than Vantrease. The staff loves his ability to run at his size and thinks it can be a game changer in the MAC with how Army tore teams apart this year.

The skill and talent level of this roster is so low, the whole Front Office should go. There has been so many mistakes since Beane and Schoen have been here. Peterman, McCarron, Corey Coleman, Trent Murphy, Star, trading up for Edmunds, trading up for Allen, Wood contract extension, Richie pay cut, Benjamin trade The list goes on and on. Losing any of these FO guys would be a blessing. The talent level and players brought in before these guys arrived till when they arrived as been noticeably different. Pegula should have stuck with Whaley and McDermott. McDermott is smarter in terms of player personnel than he gets credit for because now Beane's ego controls everything.

Out of those schools above, he should go to Maryland. Love their new coach and they have great RB.
