I'd say that we're top heavy with plenty of holes. This team needs more depth at several key spots. Maybe even a starting CB2 and Guard. Just because someone is currently on the 53 man roster, doesn't mean he can't be improved upon with a draft pick. More ammo means more chances to hit on a few picks. Just my opinion on the matter. I'm not saying you're wrong. We just see things differently.

I'd bet money that Eric Washington was a factor in this signing. I honestly don't care where a player came from. Can he contribute at a rate commensurate to his salary (or better)? That's the only thing I care about.

I think Kerrigan might be the best available FA defensive end in the NFL for Epenesa to learn from.

Melifonwu is such an intriguing prospect. He has great size and he makes plays. We need guys like him. Would look great in a Bills uni. Just saying.

Nasirildeen, all day. This team needs physical freaks that actually make plays on the field. New England is going to go heavy 12 personnel. We'll need to counter that. Our defensive playbook against Baltimore will help. But having Nasirildeen covering TEs would make it a lot easier. I have a man-crush on the guy, is what I'm trying to say.

He's the rare backup QB who is popular in Buffalo for his awesome character and personality, and not because our starter stinks.

I can see the Bills taking a bit of a step back next year (still making the playoffs though). But becoming a more balanced team in the process. Same with Allen. Small step back in stats next year. But he'll become a better QB in the process. He's still learning and evolving.

He's a power guy who relies on strength and technique to rush. Power guys don't usually fall off like the speed rushers do. You might be right about Addison.

Like most on here, I'm tired of the Bills dipping into the Panther's well... ...but Palardy was a really good punter. I wouldn't be upset if they also took a look at Kawann Short. We don't want Beane liking someone just because he was a Panther. But we also can't hate someone just because he was a Panther.

I understand your point. Addison definitely didn't live up to his contract. But his contract isn't friendly to just being cut. Sure, you'll save a couple million. But will you be able to sign a better replacement for less than what you save by cutting him? Probably not. I think we're stuck with hoping this was just a down year for Addison. I'd be shocked if he were cut.

I hear you. I'm just saying that I'd rather him not be in our division. Whether it's the Pats, Fins, or Jets. I think he's a good QB. While QBs aren't fully responsible for wins, good QBs always increase your team's chance to win.

You don't have to be the best QB in the league to get the top contract. You just have to be the best one currently looking for an extension. Both Carr and Goff were the highest paid QB in the NFL at one point.
