What about getting shut out until the 4th quarter last week against that terrible Giants defense? Or 7 points in the first half the week before? I am not placing all of the blame on Josh. I'm not saying anyone should be fired. I just have a question. Is there any other team in the NFL as hot/cold a the Bills? One week they look unbeatable, the next they look like they're competing for a top 5 draft pick. This inconsistency is frustrating. Since my daughter was born, these games don't ruin my week the way they used to. But it's still annoying.

Agreed. Dorsey is fine. A competent coordinator; one whom no one will confuse for an innovative OC. But how many innovators are out there? Reid, McDaniel, Shanahan? The last 2 are stacked elite playmakers as chess pieces. Maybe add Siriani to this short list. Point being, which creative offensive mind do we hypothetically turn to with Dorsey gone. Believe me, I'd love one. This isn't a post praising Dorsey.
