Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?
BIGBOY replied to NeverOutNick's topic in The Stadium Wall
Here’s an idea maybe one of our shot beat writers can figure something out. They have no connections aside from game day. Zero. Sal C is probably writing an article about dead ass Cuse -
Draft Strategy. Play to Beane’s strengths!
BIGBOY replied to Johnny Hammersticks's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hardly ever come on here and this is the first thing I clicked in. What a bizarre take. Fantastic name though, sir. -
Something very different: who we really are. 😄

What are you rambling about?? -
I’m sorry the kid. I know the dad quite well. He’s arrogant but very quiet.
-
He was an entitled POS. A small snap shot into that was when he listed his high school on MNF. It was the prep school he went to for half a year. But hey, you’re allowed your own opinion.

NFL Week # 16 - Bills at Bears - post game thread
BIGBOY replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Keep underwear on! He was taking the easy completions. His mechanics were bad today. Flat footed and not stepping into his throws. -

If nothing else McDermott is a heck of a salesman selling his process.
-
I know..im clogging the board. We need more information on Steve tasker and kay Adams. If you want to ignore why the GM jumped through hoops to select Ford and he’s been a no show at RT, that’s your prerogative. Personally, I’m sick and tired of watching this mess of an oline. If they don’t get it together Allen will never develop. Heel!
-
I’m saying McDermott went from 6 to 12 because he saw a man of the cloth in Ford. His play in TC thus far doesn’t even come close to justifying beanes reaction. It was like a shoe in hall of famer fell into his lap. It was very bizarre. Fair enough!
-
Again, it was involuntary...it was almost as if Beane had no control over his body and actions when the ford pick was up. I wonder what McDermott was whispering as he was clutching that rosary?
-
Clearly you didn’t read my post. McDermott intervened and saw a man of faith in Cody Ford. He didn’t share half the excitement for the Oliver pick....
-
And that’s fine it’s early and he’s a rookie...but why was Beane SO over the moon on Ford? You’d think he was plug and play from day 1 based on his reaction.
-
If you’ve caught Embedded (which was very well made), you’d know that Beane was absolutely SWOON over Cody Ford. When the Panthers leap frogged the Bills you could see the fear and anxiety in his eyes. 10 seconds later, pure relief and julbliation accompanied by high fives. You would have thought the Bills selected 9x pro bowler Walter Jones. It got me to thinking why was Beane so enamored with Ford? Personally I didn’t see it on film, but who am I? Fast forward to today, and I still don’t see it, neither does the media in attendance. Early talks are of switching Ford to G...emphasis on early. So what is everyone missing that Beane saw that day? It was almost as if he had some sort of epiphany. Then my dear friend dug up this retweet by Cody Ford and it all made sense. The only logical conclusion I can come to is McDermott was controlling Beane via rosary from a few seats over. If you replay the tape from embedded you can see McDermott whispering to himself with a look of concentration on his face.

Who cares?? Well let’s see. Assuming the bills, “rip through the schedule” Wouldn’t you rather the rest of the country witness it?? It’s much less likely to be perceived as a fluke if everyone is watching and the game isn’t stuck in 1pm purgatory. Say the bills “rip through their schedule” as you stated, and start hot say 4-1 (which I think is feasible), don’t you think the public perception will be “it’s the bills, they’ve started hot before” How are people so dismissive??
-
Our better looking west coast twin is continually getting hosed as well. This is a perfect example. The Chargers are the buffalo bills lite version. They took over the title for worst injury luck a few seasons back.
-
Couldn’t agree more on your primetime point: it’s embaressing to not get granted a prime time game. I thought a young, exciting second year QB would have at least netted one MAYBE two primetime games. The line of thinking “hey I love dem dere 1pm games” is so pre historic and is a very insulated way of thinking. We get it you want to attend a meat raffle or rake dem leaves at 4pm smh.

Anonymous Agents Rank Buffalo The Worst FA Destination
BIGBOY replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not one single player you mention was an established FA. Did they revatlize their careers, sure did. But Hughes, zo, Phillips, hauschka were in a much different senario than a FA in his prime when they came into buffalo. I’d break down each individual situation for you, starting with 55 on a 2nd chance trade but I think (and hope you get the point)
