    Something new that I've tried is the double fry. Fry them low for a few minutes, then take them out and let them sit for about 10mins in the basket. Crank the heat and fry'em HOT for 5 mins.

    I like the full wing, so both. I enjoy ripping the trotter from the paddle. As long as they're cooked right, it should pull right apart.

    Hopefully Shaq can use those comments as motivation. Its refreshing to hear a GM say what we've all been saying/thinking. He hasn't been good enough. If he quits falling asleep during the snap count, he might have a shot.
