  1. First thing he needs to do is replace the office chair with one of these bad boys. I use one on the boat when the shitter is broken, and alot of the time when it's not. Maybe he could dress it up a bit by putting a 'Welcome Back' sign in the chamber pot.
  2. Damn, just found out. Rest in peace.
  3. What's funny about that is that one of the main producers, Michelle, worked for NFL films and won Emmys for her work on Hard Knocks. Just went to Pegula Entertainment in the last few years.
  4. I actually enjoy the rah-rah stuff more than the wins. As long as he looks the part, has some good quotes stored up for the press conferences, thats all you can really ask of a coach. He should have more of a social media presence, but I'm not gonna fault him for that right now. Wins are nice, but they're fleeting. The press conferences and interviews are what stick with people. It's a new NFL.
  5. I think he's poised to take on Eric Woods roll as the fan favorite white guy with goofy hair.
  6. I've never knowingly or willingly put mayo on anything or eaten anything with mayo in it.
  7. Nicky the Nephew might be toast if this injury keeps him out or limited for camp. He's a poor man's Scott Chandler, so he needs to be at 100% to even try to keep up this year.
  8. Alright, come clean. Which one of you is this guy? And how do I get in on what you're taking?
  9. I'm telling ya, he was top tier, and I always looked forward to reading his posts.
  10. That's not the reason. Seabiscuit has been on a "Bill's fans are idiots" kick for the last 4 or 5 years. Used to be a quality poster, but something happened and hes an !@#$ now.
  11. They were laughing and talkin ****. Then Cam walked up and ruined it.
  12. I just can't stand his beady little eyes and religious overtone. Nothing personal.
  13. That was Gods fault. Peterman looked at porno in the offseason.
  14. Wait, shes a thoroughbred white girl and they treated her like that? When they said mall, I just assumed 300lb mexican.
  15. Only Mike would have to justify getting paid by actually working for it. He's the conscience of the show. So, hes in Omaha. The cab driver has a Albequerque Isotopes thing hanging from the rearview, so they both are from Albequerque. Think he recognized Saul? Remember Saul's face was all over billboards and commercials during Breaking Bad. And depending on why Saul became Gene, the guy may have been sitting there calling the cops.
  16. Im posting in midseason form and it's only August. Must be a contract year!
  17. CRAZY CAJUN NACHOS These wildly delicious loaded chips bring New Orleans into your kitchen...and with the Super Bowl in the Big Easy just days away, this finger-food snack will get the party started! The homemade cheese sauce is made better with beer and Cajun seasoning, and the toppings make the nachos irresistible. Ready in:10 minutes Serves:8 Complexity:easy Origin:Appetizers INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 sweet yellow onion, sliced 1 red or yellow bell pepper 1 pound Andouille sausage, sliced One 4-ounce can La Victoria Fire-Roasted Diced Green Chiles 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning 1 garlic clove, minced 3/4 cup beer (or beef broth) 12 cups tortilla chips For Garnish: Halved Teardrop tomatoes, Chopped Green Onions and Sour Cream Salt & freshly ground pepper DIRECTIONS In a large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the bell pepper and continue to sauté 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the Andouille. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture begins to turn golden. Stir in the green chiles. Set aside and keep warm. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, cornstarch and Cajun seasoning and mix well. In a saucepot, heat the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the beer and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add a handful of cheese at a time, stirring constantly, until almost completely melted. Continue adding cheese, one handful at a time, allowing the cheese to completely melt between additions. To serve, arrange the tortilla chips on a large platter. Spoon the hot cheese sauce over the chips. Top with the Andouille mixture. Garnish with tomatoes, green onions and sour cream.
