  1. I'd be open to him in a Bills uniform. If nothing else, it would free up Mack Hollins so that we can use him on more flea flickers. 😉
  2. Tre White was a small DB. Benford and Douglas are both bigger and longer than he was, both over 6' and 200lbs. But actually, they said it was Henry's 3rd longest run. Meaning he's had two runs of at least 87yds in his career. Remember a few years ago when he broke through the line and nobody could catch him then, too? He's a beast, and he's a fast 250lbs even at 30yrs old.
  3. The defensive gameplan was the issue. Anytime we play Lamar, we have the dline playing contain, not rushing the passer, to account for his running abilities. But with Derrick Henry back there too, we shouldn't have been doing that.. From the start, it should have been run blitz and create disruption since DH will literally run through you if you don't blitz and get there early. When we finally switched to that, they started to stall. But the game was already out of hand (barring a few miracles from our pedestrian offense).
  4. Not to mention, upon further review, the throw was going to a double covered Mack Hollins 40yds downfield. About a 0.01% chance of him catching it, even if the throw was perfect.
  5. Anchor Bar in Myrtle Beach, SC opened this year. Haven't been yet.
  6. It gives hope to every TRex and alligator out there
  7. And this has been without our two All Pro defenders, Milano and Johnson. The announcer said it last night. This is one of the best defensive systems in football. A true 'plug and play' approach that has been successful and seemingly getting stronger as it progresses.
  8. If this was a poll, My vote would be for euthanasia. You need to find who YOU are before you can love your cats, son, and ex-wife again.
  9. Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman is on.
  10. I had an 0-11 streak that included gems like the 2004 Steelers loss to St Pierre, the Thurs night Browns game at home where Trent Edwards threw 3 ints in the 1st qtr, the Jags playoff game that just sucked, and the heat game in Miami. But this year I'm 2-0, with the January Miami win and last week's Miami win.
  11. I think what Diggs gives them is a stand in if Nico gets dinged up as they go 'all-in' this year with Stroud on a rookie contract. He can handle alot of targets still (and obviously that's what he wants) but they will continue to use him as a #2 until they have to. And as others have said, he's probably off to another 1 year rental next year from another team.
  12. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_1rGsDSFNh/?igsh=MTcwaWx1endnbXFwZw== Earning his contract against Phillips. Good things happen when Josh can roll right and keep his eyes downfield.
  13. I sat amongst alot of the Dolphin season ticket holders and they seem to think it was a repeat of last week's gameplan: short swing passes, throws to the flat, rushing attempts, check downs. Nobody knows why McDaniels has been calling it that way so far, but they are less than thrilled. Very few downfield attempts and the ones that they have tried have looked completely different than last year where Tyreek owned the middle range routes. It's possible he's trying to hide a deficiency, either in Tua or in Hill. In my opinion, Hill looked like a guy who knew he was a decoy last night. Unfinished routes, alot of jogging, very little communication with his teammates.
  14. This is how I see him since his injury recovery. A top 10 RT in the league. Factor in Josh's ability to roll right and find his guy, it's an important investment.
  15. It's the same play that Mecole Hardman scored his first TD on 5 years ago against the Bengals. If anything, that's on the Ravens for not preparing for it and seeing it coming. I'm pretty sure that's a common Andy Reid play.
  16. It isn't surprising, based on our roster the past 4 years. It's been absolutely stacked with depth and veteran leadership. We havent lost a regular season game by more than 6 points in that time (or something like that). Our window was wide open. We all knew that 2024 was when Josh's contract kicked in, so big changes were coming. Then the Diggs situation with a new contract and being traded. Like it or not, this is a reset year. It doesn't mean we can't overachieve and win a super bowl. Other teams have done more with less, but the hill is higher this year. The silver lining is that next year looks good (from a cap perspective and draft capital).
  17. Death-Ray Davis
  18. I think Diggs will do well in Houston. But since he won't be the focal point of the offense due to their outstanding young talent, I see alot of 5 for 45yd games in his future. He's not a YAC guy who creates with the ball in his hands, so he needs targets to get his numbers. Will there be enough to keep him happy?
  19. Only if the game was on the line.
  20. I see alot of teams stacking the box against us and needing to be able to run against a full box to be successful. We have zero receiving threats at this point unless you want to count Shakir in the slot (which is a borderline 'threat'). I think Kincaid can do some damage, but he isn't a speed guy. The safeties and CBs will be pressing coverage and playing the run. Josh will need to check down and put together 10-15 play drives with nominal threats downfield. I think it will take Brady being able to gameplan like he's a top 5 OC in the league and keeping opponents on their heels for 18 weeks plus playoffs. If Brady and Josh can do that, they'll be in the talks for MVP and coach of the year.
  21. He still has to face McD 1vs1 in a superslam cage match before the final cuts to 53.
  22. AJ Klein just kicked his family out of the RV and is heading up to Buffalo as we speak.
  23. Brady is the only one I can think of who I would put up there. A ton of Gronk, Suh, Cox, Edelman, etc players who were pieces of dog****. But Brady has honestly been the only person worthy of our hate. And it wasn't really in how he acted, it was just the constant kick in the balls that he gave us for 20yrs. And there wasn't one individual person on the 70s Dolphins teams that did that to us, or I'd put them up, too. Truly dark times when you go a decade or two losing constantly to one team. On the flipside, is Josh Allen the most hated player in Dolphins history or just approaching that throne? By the time he's done here, I think he will be.
  24. I personally think that Rodgers is shot. And that's if he doesn't get injured. I fully expect a terrible season from him once he starts taking hits and having to run for his life. I don't think that he has much time left.
  25. I think Diggs has a big game against us. Why wouldn't he? He has motivation, knows the defense, and it's week 5 so he'll still be playing hard. If this was a week 15 game, I say he lays his typical late season '3 catches for 27' stat line. McD knows Diggs too, so it will be some cat and mouse. But he isn't even their #1 so Sean won't be bracketing him or showing any special coverage just because he used to play here.
