  1. Well then I feel pretty good this morning that I didnt book a flight to Buffalo in January. Nashville is about 6hr drive so that would work if it happens.
  2. I was thinking about booking a flight to buffalo for Wild Card weekend. It would probably be cheap as hell right now (under 100). Is it possible we get a home playoff game??
  3. He had a hit on Allen yesterday (and Allen did complete it for like 15 yds) that set the tone for the D. It was a perfect midsection spear that took the wind out of Allen. Totally legal, but he hit him as hard as I've seen Shaq hit someone. He played lights out yesterday.
  4. I'd agree, only because his price tag will be alot higher than we think. He'll test out free agency and games like this is why someone will pay him. However, we've seen how he takes games off, plays off, and cant consistently get pressure. Someone will pay him 10/yr and will be disappointed, IMO.
  5. This time of year is tough with the anniversary of your uncle Geno's passing too.
  6. Ok I'll try another favorite: Martin's potato roll (hamburger) Handful of mixed nuts Karo syrup
  7. But what about when we know everything already, like myself?
  8. West coast team coming east. We got it in the bag this week, boys
  9. I think that given Gore and McCoy's relationship, it would have worked just fine. There hasnt been a time when Frank Gore wasnt the "leader" in the running back room. He would have slid in here and McCoy and Singletary would have fallen in line because that's the effect he has on everyone.
  10. Just watched the Ron Artest documentary recently and along with his mental health issues, he had a father who taught him that you had to be the toughest and strongest to survive. They had a good relationship, but he kept coming back to that point, that he was raised to destroy whoever or whatever was in front of him from the time he was 5, man woman or child. He took ownership of it after the fact, but said that his dad was a big factor in his mindset.
  11. As others said, he has been inconsistent so far. A mix of good games, and games where he was swallowed up and the RB goes through clean. Last week he looked really good, so hopefully he continues that. If he and Edmunds start consistently playing at a high level, the sky is the limit for this defense.
  12. He needs to figure out an answer for man coverage. Against a zone, he has had alot of success, partly because hes better at waiting and then zipping it in there when the receiver is open. I dont know if the problem against man coverage is him, the receivers not getting separation, or the play calling. But after yesterday's game where he lit up their zone, it's even more of a reason to figure it out because this week we have a good Denver secondary and New England who has more than likely noticed that we have struggled vs man coverage. That's just my opinion, and I dont have any advanced stats to back it up.
  13. Agree 100%. The more I see of him, he seems like an introvert who has a decent grasp of the x's and o's, but has trouble leading people.
  14. Too busy making his hair look like a chia pet to do the workout on Saturday.
  15. Kinda like arena ball where the WRs do it on pass plays. Good use of Goodwin, because we've seen firsthand how he gets swallowed up at the line.
  16. Levi outplayed his 7th round draft slot last year, but this year he's more of a weak link in the chain. Teams are gameplanning for him now that White has turned it on even more. They cant keep giving him safety help play after play because we need those guys in the middle of the field. He needs to step up, or step out and regroup.
  17. Wallace is about as exposed as you can get. The other teams wave at him after the play because theyve been gameplanning for him all week. I know he was hurt at one point in the year, but I think you have to pull him just to change things up and maybe he can clear his head.
