  1. For one, Daryl Johnson was hurt last week and on the injury report this week, so it made sense to activate Trent tonight. He's a solid player when he is healthy, and as others said, hes well rested after about 8 weeks of inactive.
  2. I guess the question is answered, Lamar cant play in the snow afterall
  3. What's exciting is that we probably have Josh Allen for at least 15 more years
  4. So that means white jerseys for Ravens? I remember someone saying that made it easier to see RPOs with Lamar wearing white.
  5. This is who he reminds me of. KOs are all about straight line speed and vision. And Robert's has that. McD sat him down this week, they had a conversation about the game, and that's the end of it. People are crazy to think that you pull a reliable all pro because a fan didnt like that game he had. McKenzie is hurt and he doesnt return kickoffs, he returns punts because he is quick and shifty.
  6. We came to the conclusion in the other fumble thread that Josh sweats like a pig and the ball turns into a greased up chicken when he tucks it and runs.
  7. Also, everyone bring a cantaloupe and shower the field with them after the win. The new normal starts this week.
  8. I think it's more that the other teams practice all week swiping at the ball, and gameplan for it. They must know that he sweats like crazy and the ball is like a greased chicken in his arms.
  9. I just do the fake ones. Kaiser rolls, egg wash, caraway seeds and salt.
  10. If mckenzie is 100%, it's a great week to run him in motion since its man coverage most of the time. Unless Beasley cant go, which would put McKenzie in the slot and split out from the line. The one formation that hasnt happened yet that the Vikings used to do was Diggs out of the backfield. He made a living back there for them, but we havent seen it yet. I feel like Daboll will come up with some kind of wrinkle this week that capitalizes on our speed, depending on who is healthy.
  11. He can do some damage this week against man coverage and corners who are not great against speed. Sucks that he wont be 100%, but hoping that he plays some.
  12. Since Baltimore is only known for their crime, and you can't eat Ravens, what's on the menu this week for everyone? I'm doing an oyster roast for the afternoon games and beef on weck around game time. If I can find some Natty B'ohs in SC I'll get some of those this week.
  13. I still think he is nursing a longterm injury. After plays, he seems to hobble around going back to the huddle and sideline. Maybe not enough to keep him out of the game, but it wouldnt surprise me if he ends up having surgery in the offseason for a random leg issue.
  14. We rested Hughes and Addison last week, too. They did well setting the edge but didnt get any hits on Rivers.
  15. Probably the most complete team in the playoffs, just not very flashy outside of Taylor. And holding him to 78yds is a win, IMO. If we play the Titans, it will be another game like this one.
  16. Dont forget that Taylor ran for 250 yds last week and came into the game as the hottest rb in the league. I think the game plan was to slow him down and make Rivers beat you, which is almost what happened. We wont see another RB of his talent again in the playoffs, including Henry.
  17. Saw that too. It was on White for that play from what I saw.
  18. How about "Why not activate and play Christian Wade?" Or "Duke William's is the best WR on the roster."
