  1. Just shot him an email. I let him know a cool blue would be my choice. We'll see if mgmt has an ear to the ground or not.
  2. Do it. I switched to LEDs in my house a couple years back and have no regrets.
  3. But if we cut Tyrod and go with Jones, its a rebuild at that point, because no one thinks CJ gives us the best chance at winning games next season. I think that if we see TT cut, the message to the team is clear: See whoever is left in 2018. Because we arent in a position to 'win now' without Tyrod (and most feel that we arent even if we keep him, but its our best shot). The slim hope would be a rookie QB who steps in and kills it. But as you said, most of the Vets will have checked out by that point (and what are the odds Whaley picks him?)
  4. He'll be 'The Goose' part 2. The lovable, loudmouth fat guy who stumbles along the sidelines shouting ignorant comments into the mic. Its pretty much what hes been doing for the last few anyway, so he should be good at it.
  5. Kerrigan was always the looker of the two. I feel like Tonya was jealous of her beauty just as much as her talent. Hardings face looks like a catchers mitt, and not much has changed.
  6. His go to route this year was a twinkle-toe catch and fall out of bounds unscathed. And honestly, I think thats all hes good for. Even the long ball wasnt there much this year for him, and I think alot of that is that Tyrod lost confidence in him as a receiver. If you run him down the sideline and force him to make a play for the ball, you might as well punt because hed rather do nothing than go up and compete for it. And if he dives for it, hes hurt. And if he catches it and gets hit, hes hurt. Not a whole lot of upside to Goodwin once you realize that hes a fast WR who doesnt go deep very well.
  7. Not really even interested in it this year. Pretty poor showing in the playoffs, followed up by an Atl vs NE Super Bowl. After what college football has put up in their championship game the last couple of years, the NFL should be taking notes.
  8. 41 pages..geez. Without Brady, there is no Hogan. Case closed.
  9. I dont know if it was his best season, but it was his most impressive. Dont forget that he had 10 sacks in 2013. And he was graded as the best defensive player in football in 2010. Most figured that given his age and injuries, he was on the decline, but he proved everyone wrong again. His consistency is amazing, and I cant wait to watch him next year.
  10. Tipster has been around, but he doesnt know much about anything. I agree on Leroi, hes been quiet. It would be nice to know if theyre waiting until after the games this weekend.
  11. Looks like hes been hangin around with Olson at the losers table. Jags, Raiders...
  12. Looks like a big dude. Probably lost some quickness, but who knows.
  13. Love this hire. Hughes and Waffle will either love or hate each other. Same goes for Darius.
  14. Olson has pretty much just kicked around the drain in the NFL. Rams, Jags, Raiders, Lions. Fired from all of them. Id be pretty uninspired if hes who we're high on.
  15. Hands are for giving, not for hitting.
  16. What a great first question to ask Marrone. You can tell it caught him completely off guard. And at the same time, its what most people think of when his name is brought up (other than, 'Who is Doug Marrone?') He really should have a better answer prepared than just some red faced stuttering pile of crap. That 45 second clip really makes me not miss him at all. Rex was bad, but Doug was bad and an !@#$.
  17. Tom Brady meets a grenade.
  18. So Clemson hasnt punted/kicked off like that all year. Is Alabamas return team that good? Clemson seemed determined to not let them get a return in, regardless of the situation in the game. When they werent kicking out of bounds or short, the punter would get the ball, hold it for a second or take 5 steps and then kick to give his guys more time to get downfield. Pretty effective, as I dont think Bama returned one all game.
  19. Same could be said for you, Russell.
  20. OBJ laid an egg in the perfect game to show everyone just who he is: a spoiled brat. My hands are cold, so lets just half ass it. Then he warms up inside and wants to hit something. He's right though, itll be a long offseason of appearances, promotions, and twitter talk. Hope he has a nice warm coat to wear.
  21. I agree. Bandit is one of the best and most insightful posters here. But I dont agree with Gilmore. High level athlete/corner, but lack of heart and leadership.
