wow, dismantled the #4 defense already.... switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4 now? I don't get this hire at all.
Going to go from Top 5 defense to the #1 overall best defense in the NFL. Bank it!

Rex would make the defense #1!Schwartz "may" remain? IMO, he must remain and his system shouldn't be anything more than tweaked. There's not a ton of situations where a team sports a top-5 defense while the offense is in the bottom 33% in the NFL. The Bills already had what they needed on defense. If Schwartz does not stay, we're looking at more of the same as we've had. Rebuilding.

I don't even care if he keeps Schwartz. Rex Ryan would make this defense the best in the league.

No top offensive HC is unemployed... So you would have never of gotten one.Hopefully Rex will be the Man.......but I am finding it difficult to get past my feelings that a top Offensive minded HC could have given us a chance at the SB within 3 years.

Hehe people question Rex's defensive ability... Thinking he will do anything but make this defense the #1 in the league is laughable.

We would be better off if Ryan doesn't bring his guys to run the offense. he doesn't know **** about it. I know we could do worse than Ryan but if this is true I don't think I would be excited. Ryan is a poor clock and situation managers and won't be an upgrade over Marrone in that regard.

Now all the sudden I'm imaging Eli (who I never even considered before this topic). Eli would use Sammy and Woods as designed. If we added a TE and got better OL play we could (just saying "could") win the superbowl with Eli...like...as soon as next year.

No, how have you not learned you need to keep drafting QBs till you find one. Why do people think you can either draft or find a vet... Do BOTH! You never know when that QB you drafted could be the one.I agree that QB is a glaring need, but I'd rather the Bills try and get a veteran QB instead of drafting a rookie.
Top needs for the Bills in my view are: OG, TE, DT, and WR depth.
OG is obvious, but I feel that if we draft just one, we should be fine.
It would be great to have someone paired with Chandler, which would make our position stronger.
Kyle Williams isn't getting any younger, and Charles & Bryant are primarily back-ups. A young up-and-coming DT would be very helpful.
As for WR depth, there has to be someone better for us than Chris Hogan. Right?

Probably Garret Grayson, EJ, Vet would be the best option for the Bills. That competition of a Vet, Bust, and Prospect should give you the best option. (Grayson)

You really can't disapprove of this hire. Honestly Rex is a good enough HC to have learned from his first time mistakes... Like many successful HCs have done. I think the GM here is much better suited then the Jets have ever had. If anything you don't have forever with this defense, let a guy that has proven to win with defense and a good run game. Let him unleash #TheLegendofKikoAlonso on the AFC East.
