  1. It was not a catchable ball by Pittman..... The interception in the endzone would have been an all-timer and was not a drop. It was a correct call. Bills had two drops too at least. Offside was the only call the Bills got and see my thread on it..... Oh and three delay of games on Indy that weren't called and big plays on each helped them.
  2. The throw to Pittman was very difficult as he was backing up and had to be perfect. Tired of hearing that. And if someone doesn't miss a block on the Allen Sack/Fumble, the Bills score a minimum of 3 if not a TD and ice the game..... There we're even......😜
  3. I think this is the second time in the last 3 games they drew a team offside to get a first down and Josh threw an Int..... Both didn't seem like there were actual plays called.
  4. And KC too could have lost 2-3 more times.... That's football. Some things went the Bills way Saturday, some didn't (i.e. fumble at the end). That almost int would have been an all-timer and fortunately got the call right (vs. the fumble). If it is 27-27, I don't think Josh fumbles and different play calls. As I said, the Bills needed a wake-up call after cruising the last 6 weeks. Happy it came vs. Indy.
  5. Agreed. That otherwise would have been the worst run play the entire game (save for some terrible runs and the sack at the end where Josh fumbled).
  6. Watched a replay yesterday and seemed to me that the Bills really didn't have much called in the way of a play and were looking for an offside and if none was coming were going to call timeout (had two at that point). I don't think they even huddled and wondering if the play was called on third down (i.e. we're going on fourth unless a sack). Once offside with 1-2 seconds on the play clock the ball was snapped and frankly there was nothing there in terms of a play.
  7. The best & most important one was the first one to Davis for 37 yards. Rolling out in his endzone, under pressure & 37 yards along the sidelines. Just incredible. On first down Diggs actually dropped one and if that one isn't completed it is third & 10 from the 4 yard line. That was overlooked because they just kept showing the toe tap....
  8. Exactly. What are the odds going 96 yards in 105 seconds? Btw they threw an incompletion on 1st down and then Allen was flushed and threw the rope along the sidelines to Davis, which was just incredible.
  9. Who was I scared of? I simply said I wanted the Bills off the schneid and that I likened it somewhat to how the Ravens were cruising last year. I even said it had nothing to do "per se" with Indy. Find me one post that I even broke down Indy or claimed I was worried about them or anyone for that matter. My concerns are internal (and sometimes the coaching). As per the thread, explain my "flawed" logic?
  10. A TD makes it a 2 score game. Maybe the third down call was wrong, but going for it on fourth wasn't. Score and it is 17-7, they kick & Bills probably are at the 25 or better with still 1:55 to get it to 17-10 or 17-14. They miss on 4th and the Bills need to go 96 yards!!!! The Colts could have gotten another 3 & out and are pretty much in FG position with a 45 yard net punt. Josh made play after play (a lucky 4th down penalty) and a play overturned (very much the right call). Like playing KC, you win with td's, not FG's. Hindsight is 20/20..... But it was not a bad call. Oh and it would have been an all time catch if Indy did score a TD as it was no where near catchable.
  11. And here is where we disagree about the QB's. Jackson (and did not see every play) made maybe 3-4 great plays (two great runs & a pass), he put up 20 points against a below avg defense and threw a bad Int. Allen made one boneheaded play, which could have cost them the game (and frankly Daboll made a terrible play call). Conversely he made 8-10 great plays..... Diggs x 2, Davis x 2, Runs, Knox TD..... He was hamstrung by terrible field position and some wonky play calling too. There were almost no gimme passes/completions the entire game. Yes I'm biased.
  12. Because they are two different QB's and while as Buffalo fans I'm sure we're 95%+ in on Josh, a high % of Raven's fans would choose Lamar. I don't think it is close...... But then (and always my nagging doubt) if the Raven's win it will be tough to listen to (there's have been no debate if it was Ben or Ryan this week). Now Mahomes/Allen would be a fun debate.
  13. What a doofus....
  14. Nervous every week.... This is a different nervous. Thanks for asking!!! Just in case no one checked......😜 https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/orchard-park/14127/daily-weather-forecast/2128285?day=6 https://weather.com/weather/tenday/l/Orchard+Park+NY?canonicalCityId=ee333c09a3e84dfaac78cd3483c9fe1c55675d392bac701251e38852067a2b82
  15. Agreed, just don't like that comparison and Mahomes/Allen is more apt. Yes my bias and if Lamar "wins" will be a tough pill to swallow.
  16. As if you care what I have to say.😜 There'll be way too much talk this week and this is one week I don't want to hear it. Mahomes/Allen yes Lamar/Allen no And for some reason have to use Lamar's first name....
  17. All I want is good conditions Saturday as otherwise concerned with Jackson's legs. Would hate for a game decided by weather as that can affect the pass more and is Buffalo's strength. Also expect a lot of Lamar vs. Allen talk and thus will stay off chat and watching talking heads too. If "Lamar" wins could be incessant.😡 Decent weather, clean track and Go Bills.
  18. Tennessee's defense is not very good and neither is the Ravens considering Cleveland put up 42 against them. Beating the Steelers twice in the same year that could be it tough task. And remember their defense will be better and they contained the bills the first half
  19. Not the 2017-19 Bills....😉 As for those individual plays, those happen every game.... Nothing worse then seeing a team gashed and then they get a sack on first down and celebrate as if they've been doing it all game long. There was zero pressure all game and they were gashed terribly once up 24-10.
  20. And that is what happens when you're rolling like the Bills were the past 5 weeks (only one playoff team) & 11-30+ point wins.... And yes that was my worry.....
  21. I wanted the game over with and a win...... Got both.....
  22. Hope all is well...... They won I'm not upset. It was however a stressful 60 minutes. I did say I thought the defense was not good and coaching not great yesterday, but that was what I said I was worried about earlier in the week. And probably just what the Bills needed....😉
  23. Was waiting for you... Took you a while.... Sleep in Sunday morning? As said for me it was the fear of not winning a playoff game in 25 years and each playoff game being a gut punch? The fact we were running on and getting stuffed (twice we had 2nd & 2's and couldn't run for two yards) and starting every drive inside the 15 yard line? Indy seemingly converting 3rd down after 3rd down and 3 Delay of games missed? 2 TD's in the 4th each in about 2:00 minutes and a swiss cheese defense? A fumble on the last drive not called and adding another excruciating 5 minutes to the game? Yes nerve wracking....
  24. As said it was a difficult game to watch, but a lot of the past 25 years was washed away when the final whistle went and feeling must better, thank you😉. Next week I expect a better performance and feel good about it, which is yes, just what I said in the last thread I started about my concern about yesterday, which obviously somewhat played out.....😉
