Wildcard weekend it was about "getting off the schneid" considering it had been 25 years!!!! and concerns the Bills were cruising and could be caught should Indy play them tough. Visions of the 2019 Ravens (though the Bills are a much different team). Vs. the Ravens it was the Lamar vs. Allen talk and people still trying to find fault with Allen or choosing Lamar ahead of him..... A loss and it again would have been an "I told you so" scenario. This week KC and with a healthy Mahomes it's all gravy. The Bills win and it's Superbowl and two weeks talking about this Bills team vs. 91-95..... A loss and then it's simply "How do the Bills & the rest of the AFC topple the Chiefs". So yes am in a zen state and will be right through Sunday, only concerned about no COVID-19 issues and the WEATHER......😜

I was wrong about the wind vs. KC, but it was raining and you can see it on the cameras (and remember pre game seeing it). May not been as hard as I thought, but definitely affected the Bills. Also third play from scrimmage was a drop by Brown. Again little things.....

Yes I know it was scheduling shenanigans, however weather did not help. The forecast was high winds (reports were it was not bad) and NE was without Gilmore and still threw only 18 times, running too much (though well) and kept NE in the game. As we saw game 2 vs. NE, passing works better..... Again 4 was wind related, making long passes impossible (thus couldn't stretch the field). I will also say Beasley & Davis were invisible. On to KC & hoping for good weather as the Bills will need to score 30+ I think.

The Bills scored their only real drive the second half. Up 14 they were careful and made no mistakes. Add two missed FG's and a dropped TD pass (would have been a very good catch but was there. The wind too affected the pass game significantly. Yes offense needs to be better.

Lately the worst outcome for the Bills is gaining 8 yards on 1st down and then thinking "No way we can't get a first down running the ball from here".....

You play to your strengths plain & simple. Pass, pass, pass.... Maybe a scramble or two also. Throw in a screens and tosses to the Isaiah here & there too. If you look at the earlier game, they were thrown off there game, because of KC's running.Throw in not great weather too...

And with good weather, the Bills can hang 45 on KC. KC's last 8 wins all under 6 points.

To go three full seasons without a 300 yard game is unheard of in the NFL. Somehow Buffalo managed that. The only team not to do it this year were the Ravens.

It was a joke, as some here seemed more obsessed that I continually opined that they couldn't throw for 300 yards (all of 2017-19). But yes I think they'll need to score on Sunday and pass for a lot of yards. What is incredible is how KC has been flirting every game with losing, yet keep pulling them out. Last 8 wins by 6 or less....

Yes so the title of the thread was a little "overblown"..... Clickbait......😉 We have a QB & offense that I want to see playing in ideal conditions. A little wind & cooler weather okay.... Rain & high winds are an issue....

Football was never meant to be played into late January. The NFL created that conundrum. And yes the more it is a passing game, the more weather affects it. Regular season, sure let weather have some effect, but don't want that for the Championship or a Superbowl.

Why would anyone want to be comfortable watching a football game live???? The Bills are best when the weather is not a factor. As a Bills fan, damn right I want it in their favour Sunday.... And yep I want a return to 30+ points.... May need 40.....

I see 40% and low winds, which seems fine. It's a weakness with most QB's (bad weather), however it really affects the Bills offence more at this point.

Making an observation that is bared out by facts. The wind has affected Allen as it seemed so did the rain vs. Tenn & KC (yes slight injury too). I'd rather weather is not a factor (or excuse) on Sunday. Thought it was a significant factor vs. Baltimore. Looks okay Sunday.

Bad games by the Bills (particularly Allen & the Offense) this year all were weather affected. 1. Tennessee - Rain & some wind 2. KC - Wind & Rain 3. NE Wind & scared to throw 4.
