  1. He get's out of bounds at 9 seconds and still time for a 5 yard pass to the sideline and the Bills are closer (that is a simple play done over and over in the NFL). He had to get ob or go down as soon as he go up field and as many yards as possible as there was plenty of time (probably 12 seconds if he just cut up field and went down).
  2. Working on a large presentation for a new CEO for our largest client. Figuring out what and how to present tomorrow morning. Thanks for asking. BTW The Bills will be fine as long as Allen is healthy.
  3. No just sucking on a lozenge. Generally don't eat breakfast. And how was your breakfast Teef? Isn't TSW basically 90% the same old same old? Probably why we are here. I'm certainly not here to see what backup LB may be signed or moves to make on the OL/DL.
  4. Oldmanfan will never question McD or the decisions. Like many here it is similar to a bull seeing red. Mention McD and they get hostile and charge (and forget about engaging in a discussion or a debate). This thread was meant to examine if the Bills are so well prepared, then what is happening at the end of games that this has become a pattern.
  5. How about the Bills & McD just win a few close game and then this would not be a "thing". Yes somewhere we have been told how well prepared McD and the coaches are and know what to do in all scenarios. This thread was based on what is becoming a trend with the Bills. There should be no way with this offense and the ball, that they don't score. And seems when they do, then the Defense needs to step up and again that has too not happened a few times. I am not breaking down every play over 58 minutes where a tip here or a better read there or a break could shift momentum, as this happens all the time. I was commenting on the last 2 minutes, where there seems to be some issues (or just horrendous bad luck). Again I expect them to handle the Ravens and promise to not start a thread should they lose a close one.
  6. Sure not calling a sneak at the one yard line? Coaching McKenzie to have situational awareness to get down or ob? Last play taking 18 seconds? There were a few.
  7. So losing these games in the last minute is random? Same as it is Random when Brady wins those games?
  8. Why don't you go over to the 32 page thread on McD then, since I put too ????? In my thread.
  9. Because you are too busy trying to fashion a witty response? Don't ever change. This is a fairly serious issue imo, where the Bills can't seem to win close games, often too having the ball in Josh Allen's hand at the end of games. I thought minimum a FG attempt was a given based on having the ball on the 25 and 1:33 on the clock.
  10. Why the Bills don't hire 50 people to have on-field access to carry umbrellas for shade is a simple solution.
  11. No they drafted Allen..... Like Brady with Belichek(once the Bills won SBs), Allen covers up a lot. And still he had Peterman penciled in as his #1. Never will forget that.
  12. Stop it..... Not miserable, stating an opinion. The last 2.5 years the Bills have been dreadful in late game situations, often making bad decisions or not having situational awareness (i.e. McKenzie on Sunday). I'm not sweating the loss, just lamenting wasting what should have been a comfortable win. And I asked a question, which on p.4 still has not been addressed. However pithy, sarcastic responses are all over.
  13. Nothing to do with the thread..... I said the end of game coaching has not been good. This happens over & over and is not a one off. The game was there to be won in the last 2 minutes with a FG and they did not execute.
  14. I'm not mad..... Just noting mistakes at ends of games seem to happen over and over. Yes a hot take and surprised not more was made of Mackenzie not going down. Cost 4-5 seconds and a kick.
  15. I think McD is much improved. I'm not happy that McKenzie had no situational awareness to get down. Too many little mistakes at ends of games is really my point.
  16. I admitted I was wrong there.... How about commenting on McD and the thread?!!?
  17. And so far not a comment about McD.... Just trying to make sarcastic responses. Late game execution by has been abysmal, while a coach explains how well he prepares a team. I'd say there's a disconnect.
  18. I have not 100% bought in with McD, however think he is much improved, however the Bills have these breakdowns over and over. Not happy they lost, but not terribly concerned either, but we are seeing a trend and McD has certainly anointed himself as the "best prepared". And my bad on the Allen spike....
  19. Lest we forget 13 seconds, this team continues to make errors late in games. Allen muffed a snap at the end of the half, yet still could have spiked the ball. Edit I was wrong about this so ignore. Still have no idea what MacKenzie was doing running sideways (didn't he remember Hill catching a ball going straight forward and then falling down?). Not enoungh made that Mackenzie gives himself up after running forward 6-7 yards and the Bills get at least one spike and a FG/hail mary attempt. Almost every close loss McD and this well prepared team/coaching staff have failed.
  20. As per the title thread, I didn't watch closely, just noting a stat I find hard to fathom. Add to that only one offside and a 5 yard unnecessary roughness defensive penalties called against Miami in 80+ plays.
  21. Yes..... Much rather have gotten the ball at midfield and need a TD. Regardless, Mackenzie needed to go straight forward and get down. Bass has we've been told a 60 yard leg. Oh and the hold to take them out of FG range didn't help in a game where few penalties were called. I won't bother checking to see how egregious it was.
  22. Again that is not what I said. I stated highly questionable that you could throw that many times and not a single penalty
  23. I asked simply how do you have 63 positives and not one defensive penalty. I'll bet you it's some type of record.🤨
  24. They were barely on the field and Miami converted 3 Redzone possessions. I'd say they were okay (considering the injuries). Miami had no interest in even getting a first down their last possession. And yes the 42 yard pass to Waddle was a backbreaker. So Allen makes one terrible pass and he's to blame, but the Defense get's a pass? Even after the pass, a stop and all is okay.
