Wow, these guys are brutal. No matter what you think of Rex as a coach, he's a person with a family and did the best job he could. It wasn't good enough and he deserved to be fired, but you do not go to a mans house that's just classless

I don't know, I hear this all the time and not sure I agree. I've heard way more homers for other radio guys out there. Nobody wants to listen to guys who are always negative and I feel Murph does a pretty good job balancing criticism versus making excuses for the team. People need to remember he's in the building everyday around the team and staff. If he just trashes the team every chance he gets it'll probably be harder for him to get player/coach interviews and he probably wouldn't have a job very long if he did this. Not saying I agree with everything he says, but feel he's pretty realistic and for the most part calls it how he sees it.

Well when your most talented defensive player doesn't buy into the scheme, that's never a good thing. I do question Marcel's heart and dedication this year and not buying into the scheme could be part of this. Not that it makes it right, but it's troubling nonetheless.

This! Plus, I think Patricia is smart enough to not go to a division where he'll have to face the hoodie twice a year.

I do think Tyrod is a little different as he's not your traditional QB. Any team that would be interested if Bills asked him to restructure would have to pretty much change their offensive philosophy. Not saying there isn't a team out there willing to do it, but I think this is a different situation than another QB like Osweiler. Because of this, I think it's possible he would consider restructuring and stay will the Bills. More than likely not, but there's a chance because of this.

Gilmore is still in concussion protocol, so that doesn't seem logical. Something happened though, not sure we'll ever find out though.

I just don't see or hear many people talking about this. All the talk is about punting on 4th. Don't know why more isn't being made of the play call to pass on 3rd down, and especially when Rex has said twice now they were ready to go for it if it was 2 yards or less. To me, not calling a run play on 3rd was just as or more egregious than the decision to punt on 4th.

I listened to both. Schopp and Bullfog didn't even ask Wood what he was thinking on 4th and 2 while watching the game. They actually barely talked about the game at all. Here's what I wish someone would ask Rex. He has stated that anything inside 2 yards be ready to go for it on 4th. So, you have 3rd and a long two and they call a pass play!?!? The #1 rushing team in the NFL decides to pass the ball on 3rd and 2 when they would have gone for it if they could of at least picked up one yard. I actually think they get that first down with a run on 3rd.

Was it Brandon or Whaley that told Terry "not to let Rex walk out that door" without hiring him?

Yeah, let's bring back a coach who previously quit on the team and walked away because he didn't want to coach here any more. Fantastic

Not really sure what Moore did to win that game. He was barely pressured and they ran the ball at will. A few of the big plays were short throws with the WR making the play helped by horrible defensive tackling. I wasn't at all impressed with him

Let's just say that TT and the offense has been good enough to get this team to the playoffs, something we haven't been able to say for a Bills QB for a long time. It's unreal to me that a defensive minded coach with Ryan's resume can come in and totally destroy our defense.

I think you can attribute 4 losses to the defense: Miami (twice), Jets and Seahawks. Sure, there's games the offense hurt the defense with so many 3 and outs, but the only game I can truly say the offense cost us the game was Baltimore. If the defense showed up and at least found a way to make a few stops to win two of the losses we'd be in the playoffs.

Just about anytime I watch them the thought "this is a very well coached team" goes through my head

Tough decision, I think a lot depends on how they feel about Cardalle and QB talent in upcoming draft. At this point we don't really have a better option. He's probably not worth what they'd have to pay him though.

Rookie OC who so many feel he should be our next HC for some reason. Not sure what this is based on. I'm not a Lynn hater and think he's called some good games but don't understand why you would just promote him to HC when he doesn't even have a full year as our OC?

Say what?? TT isn't necessarily known for picking defenses apart with his arms. They should have run a Shady, Mike G or TT on a boot or option. When it's 3rd and 3 there, they should have had it in their mind they would go for it on 4th and short, hence run it twice. I think they would have picked up the 1st on 3rd down with a run play

Yeah, this game for me may have been the last straw even though I was of the opinion to give him one more year. The biggest disappointment is you have a back up QB so you know you can stack the box, dial up pressure and force Moore to beat you. It's unreal to me (especially after Ajay's last performance against us) that you know he's getting the ball and you still can't stop them. Then we have 10 guys on D in OT which was a huge mistake and ultimately falls on coaches. My last big issue, you have 3rd and 3 late in OT and you've gotten shredded all day. Your playoff chances are already slim even with a win. You have the #1 rush offense in the league. Why would you not have the mentality that you are going to run the ball and if you don't make it, run it again on 4th and short. To punt in that situation is a crime.

That's part of Rex's problem. I mean seriously, what other coach would say or even think something like that. Good coaches don't worry about what others do and what the norm is. Have a mind of your own Rex.

The only thing that can take away the sting of the Phins loss is if it wouldn't have mattered. Gotta root for one of these teams to win that would of knocked us out. If it turns out 9-7 would have gotten us in, I'll be sick to my stomach

So it's OT, your playoff hopes are on life support and your defense has been horrendous all day. I was begging for the Bills to RUN THE BALL TWICE. My mentality at that point was you have 2 downs to run the ball 3 yards. If you don't make it, you don't deserve to win. The play call was terrible and Tyrod only looked to have Woods as an option who wasn't even close to being open. If they ran on 3rd, good chance they at least get a few yards and then you go for it on 4th and short.

Play calling sucks and is so predictable. But yeah, ALynn is a rising star and should be a HC.
