I really want to like Rex, but some of the things he says are just puzzling and it really makes me question his coaching ability. I never thought he was a great coach, but he may be far worse than even anticipated. All he wanted to do in the post game presser was talk about defense. The big play to Wallace for the TD, how Hughes got flagged for bogus roughing the passer, how Darby and Gilmore dropped interceptions that could of changed the game, how good of a defense BMore, how much better our defense will be this year. Defense, defense, and more defense. WTF game was he watching. He's the HEAD coach, not the D coordinator. ALL I wanted to hear out of his mouth was....we struggled on offense today. When you hold your opponent to 13 points you expect to win. We had too many negative plays on offense that killed drives. We probably should of taken more shots downfield. We need to and will make adjustments on offense. We need to get Sammy involved more. So, yeah, perhaps Rex is just a D coordinator disguised as a head coach. He certainly acts like it and it's hard to stomach. A head coach needs to oversee all 3 phases of the game, and I just don't think he gets it.

Isn't Drew Brees the same height? Russel Wilson?

Absolutely absurd not to take a few deep shots. Ravens took a few and it won them the game. Really disappointed in Tyrod, Roman, and rest of offense today, they cost us the game.

Biggest concern for me is if our starters are in football shape and in synch with each other. I can't recall last time so many starters either didn't play in pre-season or had only a few snaps. I understand being healthy going into game 1 is important but hope we're not rusty and/or fade late in the game due to lack of any live snaps.

I don't know, not really a fan of this. Of course the players are going to laugh it off on camera. Just didn't think it was that funny and pretty pointless.

Return specialist? What about Bush and Powell? Would much rather see them bring in a TE, Manny, or even Gay (even tho I'm not a fan of 2 kickers) with the open spot. Doesn't make much sense to me.

That's Rory "Busta" Anderson. Big athletic TE drafted in 6th round by niners last year but has dealt with injuries. Could be an intriguing pick up if we sign him.

Even worse that a guilty man would act like this. There's got to be a fine for that.

Never know what you're going to get with Flacco. He can be flat out awful and other times he doesn't miss. Hopefully we get the bad Flacco. Harbaugh is a very good coach and he'll have them ready to play. Will be a tough game.

Kid Rock is going to have a bounce back year, so don't think the Bills should do anything here. I'm sure Gould won't be around long, someone will pick him up.

I don't know, playing a bit of devils advocate here but are we as talented as we think on D? Washington: unproven rookie Kyle: getting old and hasn't played in forever Corbin: solid DEPTH guy J Hughes: solid when not taking dumb penalties LoAlexander: old, special teams ace who somehow found his way to start on our team Preston: good against run, suspect against pass Zach: umm, I guess he looks decent, but who knows? Darby/Gilmore: most solid part of D AW & Graham: Hate to say it but AW may not ever be the same and Graham is just OK and not getting any younger.

Anyone surprised at Richardson being cut hasn't been paying attention.

Regarding LoAlex's sack, does anyone think the Bills sent that into the league to get an explanation if the call was correct or not? Would love to hear if Dean Blandino thought it was the correct call. If it was the correct call according to the rules, then that's really lame! Part of me thinks the refs make even the borderline calls on QB in preseason to send a message but perhaps that particular call wouldn't be made during regular season

Eh, not so sure I agree with him being a 3rd TE. Maybe on some rosters he would be, but he was certainly going to be our #2 and could probably fill that role on a good amount of other rosters. We're also going to miss him on ST.

Anyone ever listen to Adam Schein "Schein on Sports"? The guy went to Syracuse and constantly tips on Rex and the Bills.

Well looks like Gragg is out with an ACL which really sucks. Feel bad for the guy! Clay better stay healthy because after him, who do we have? Not at all impressed with Dray, Annen and Oleary. Seems like we need to bring a few guys in. Who's out there that we can go after?

Like the enthusiasm but pump the breaks! After what we've seen for the past 16 years, this team has earned a reputation for talk is cheap...show me, don't tell me. So, while I myself am cautiously optimistic, I'll believe it when I see it. BTW, comparing us to the niners is a bit of a stretch. The niners do not play in the same division as the Pats. They also had what I believe to be one of the best coaches in the game in Harbaugh. I'm not a Rex hater, but he's not even close to Harbaugh. That niner D was also a step or two above ours. The Bills have a tough schedule this year. They need to stay relatively healthy and with a little bit of luck (for once) I think they have a shot at playoffs. Of course, a down year from the Pats will help, but I wouldn't count on it.

I just really hope we cut Gay. Wasting a spot for a kickoff specialist is a joke with kickoff moved to the 35 now

$5 for a bottle of water is about right for a ballpark. Sucks you can't bring any liquids in but pretty sure that's league wide. Also, people working concessions aren't paid to hand out thousands of free ice and water. The biggest problem I see here is not having drinking fountains. That's pretty lame if they don't have them around the stadium and would solve this issue. That way you pay for one bottle water and fill up the rest from there.

Preseason means next to nothing. Fans always get too high or too low from preseason games and teams always wind up being completely different once the regular season starts.

No doubt the Bills have rolled the dice on some players in terms of character issues. Some times it works and other times it doesn't. All teams have these issues, not just the Bills. People don't want to talk about all the good moves the Bills have made: Richie, Darby, Gillislee, Hughes, Schmidt, Taylor, Henderson in round 7, etc.
