You have to surround your young QB with play makers.. Goff was good last year because he a squad.. Let's see how those receivers like Cooper Kupp beat double coverage this year.. If they pay Tyrod that money, he is staying... The biggest mistake the bills made was not hiring Jim Schartwz as their head coach. Instead we got Rex Loud mouth Ryan. Bragging about how the defense should be number one with the talent, then proceeded to destroy it while saying the talent to match his scheme. Its funny how Rex is on TV talking football, while Scharwz has the number one ranked defense. That failure by the Pegulas set this franchise back 4 years at least. Why scharwz is not a head coach as yet is ridiculous.

The show is so boring. Why have the same guess every week. Do I need to hear from Chris Brown and Steve Tasker every week? NO. The interview with the players and management are good. The show should be a medium for all BILLS fans to express their opinions, likes and dislike about all things BILLS football. Apparently Murphy can only handle the fans that always think the bills are on the right track bases on his opinion. That's why he has the same callers phoned in everyday, with the same opinions. Anyone that differs or have a contrarian view of coaches and management are never allowed on the show consistently. If you want to know when something is going to happen and to whom, just listen to the show and hear who he is allowing his cronies to attack. Marcel had to fight for his starting job, but Humber as just given it back , even though Milano was playing out of his mind. Players see all this foolery, they don't care about next year, they want to win now. The only reason Tyrod has not been bench is because, that would be the final straw and expose two face management intentions. They want to win on there terms. Trading for a big slow receiver in the middle of the season for a quarterback that that takes time to develope chemistry makes no sense. FYI we had two very capable receivers. How about all the haters on this board that said WOODS was not nothing special. Today I saw Sammy caught a screen pass like in his college days for a touch down. Did the bills coaches ever had the play in for him. As a young coach Mcdermet has some good qualities, he need a dose of humility and the understanding that he has done nothing as ahead coach in this league. You win with talent .
