  1. Losers be losers. Can't believe the Bills ran the same play that they already showed before the idiotic challenge
  2. The race is on....who's gonna to be the last team to score points this morning??
  3. One more series like this, and I'm off to redzone
  4. +2, -6, -3, punt. What an offense..
  5. I am a coach and scout - ya know, at the middle school level. Is there anything else you'd like to talk about other than EJ's blatantly obvious high school windup hitch short armed throwing motion which causes ball placement inaccuracies, timing issues with receivers, and allows defenses to read where he's going with the ball on mid range passing plays? In your opinion, is EJ's throwing motion good enough for NFL success? Just asking
  6. EJ can be as mentally sharp and game ready as anyone that has ever played, but that hitch windup throwing motion will never put him in a position to be a decent NFL QB. It's one of the worst NFL throwing motions I've ever seen.
  7. Why the hell would she take this job, working for that man???
  8. Simple answer: Not every owner is all about winning.
  9. Who done it...? Looks like a husband and wife. Much credit due to those two
  10. This pisses me off. I have pick #3 in my big Fantasy draft, and was sure Bell would go before my pick and a WR I want would drop a spot to me. Now, no chance.
  11. That's fine. And if Baltimore cut him after that season, his agent would have sold another team on his services. I believe when he says injuries are why is had a bad season. But the video is why that was his last season.
  12. I known Taylor can do it this year. I just known it!!
  13. If there was no video, he'd be on an NFL roster.
  14. Thanks interesting. I have a decent handle on daily sports, but I really do flip past the ESPY's like I have a tick or something. I honestly think it's the professional athletes that turn me away. They are getting paid by the networks, and they are beyond spoiled. It's unimaginable for 99% of the people watching the awards show, to realize how crazily well taken care of these athletes really are. You know where I get my sports inspirations - Bud Greespan Olympic stories. Any story, any time. Get your eyes prepared for salty discharge. And ESPN runs some fantastic shorts on the archive. Many thanks to ESPN for their 30 minute shows.
  15. NO! What is this, another Juice and AC situations. I mean, who are the brass listening to these claims ..? Hopefully none. If A Williams wants to stake his claim in FJAX to receive and run with signicant playing time this year that leads to a playoff spot, then great. If any forum members want to support that dream; then you all are hitting on 17. Chances are, it's not going to happen. And let's not confuse success with 1) Clubhouse presence. He can be a coach if that's the case. Not a roster spot at RB. 2) Being serviceable in already eliminated, no-meaning games. If Fred plays good in these games so F'n what?!
  16. Objection! Witness wrangles off topic. (Sorry. I'm almost done reading the Night Stalker book. It's the trial section.)
  17. I don't mind you saying it, OP. There was only one good year (Valvano 1993). All the rest of the so called big moments where very contrived, against what Jimmy V was, and later, has become. Frankly, I hate when the Espy's are on, and I struggle when I stumble upon them...about as much as I do when the good-for-nothing's lame X games are on. Automatic...find me something else to watch. Watch the right players. Not every match is as you speak of.
  18. This is the rub with Rex always stroking his players' ego. It's just not wise to do in a contract year.
  19. and Hogan goes out of bounds one yard short of the first down. That's what losers do..
  20. If the Bills had shown any ability to development a QB, let alone any talent, over the past five years, I might stick with Taylor over an old Carson Palmer. But they haven't, so I would take an old QB who can play, right now, over a young QB who needs to progress.
  21. Is that a joke? Flacco will play this entire regular season at 31 years old. Taylor won't be able to play at a high level when he's 31. He's Michael Vick, except worse. Much worse. Flacco's style will allow him to play until he's 40, if he chooses to stay in shape. He's arm is better than any elite QB we've seen since John Elway. How long did Elway play for, after the years of abuse because he was a scrambler? I'll take the future over the future, if the future has a ring (that he earned btw), two digit playoff wins!, and is entering he's prime.
  22. Feel the pain. Make it real. Accept disaster. Make it easier to sleep at night. Maybe there should be a showing at The Ralph. How many people would seriously show up?
  23. Who wouldn't trade Taylor for Flacco right now? Flacco to Watkins seems like a league changer.
  24. Try being married to that women. As my girlfriend, she rooted for Baltimore in a pro San Francisco household...my best frien'ds annual Super Bowl party. I had to calm her ass down real quick, and she was acting dumb and claiming she was gonna root for whoever she wanted to. A Bears fan, not a Ravens fan at all. What did Chris Rock say about uncle Juice... I wouldn't have done it, but I understand.
  25. Did anybody catch this last night? I haven't watched the live broadcast of this game since 1991 when I was 13 years old. Al Michaels nailed it with his last thought before kickoff...the key to the Bills victory was Thurman. Too bad Kelly didn't realize this, as Thomas only got 21 touches. It should have been a 30 carry 200 yard game for him. The Bills started off shaky on defense, but after the first two possessions for the Giants, who probably should've gotten more than 3 points, the Bills gained all the momentum and commanded a 10-3 lead. At that point, Andre Reed dropped three straight passes, one in 3rd & 1. Forget the safety that made it 12-3. The Bills we absolutely marching out to a 17-3 lead. Again, Micahels realized that that type of score would have made it virtually impossible for the Giants to come back from. At 17-3, the Giants' offense would have abandoned the run, amd clock control, and the Bills pass rush would have knocked Hostetler out of the game. The Bills' offense would have piled on, and a 37-10 blowout was right there for the taking. As bad as Kelly's play calling and play got with a 12-3 lead, Reed's drops ruined the game for Buffalo. He was praised for his toughness over the middle, but simply didn't want to get hit anymore in the biggest game in franchise history. Tough pill to swallow. After the drops, the Giants scored a TD to make it 12-10 just before the half, and probably broke the backs, and hearts, of the Bills. The game was lost by the Bills in the first half, and won by the Giants in the second half. I apologize for bringing up this game again, but it was interesting to see the original broadcast for the first time in my adult life.
