  1. All era’s involved are over. It’s like like asking for the Road to El Doraldo. Somebody speak up!
  2. A new stadium should represent the city, not the NFL. If or when the Bills finally do the thing, I hope it’s cozy.
  3. To the OP - Yes, too many penalties will turn me off real quickly. It’s already an unwatchable game. The last 5 mins of a game is ‘okay’; the last 5 of an important game or the playoffs are very good; but my god...a 3.5 hr regular season Bills game at Cincinnati is dreadfully slow, and just not entertaining. Commercials are ruining the game to a tipping point, and I’m getting sick just thinking about more time delays and constant replays and talking heads discussing helmet penalties. I think the NFL and TV broadcasts honestly believe that we fans like that crap. We don’t! The “situational” sports edipemdic (6 time-outs in the NBA; specialist relievers in MLB) is nauseating. The NHL still does it right.
  4. This camera coverage blows. I want to see every one of Allen’s throws, and I don’t even think the production teams knows who he is and what he’s about.
  5. Oh my god. Dilfer. And that other guys. What else are they going to say? They do a better job with Allen than the guys who lead American Pharoah to the mares’ stall.
  6. I couldn’t believe he’s 6’4” when I looked it up. He plays like he’s 6’0”.
  7. Back then the Bills won home games, division games, and games against the NFC. They always seem to lose to good teams from outside the AFCE. I remember a 33-6 Monday night mess at KC. But yes, OP, the Bills should have won SBXXV 27-17. That team could’ve have won each one of those Super Bowls. Had the 1991 Super Bowl been Bills vs 49ers, woulda been the best game of the 90s.
  8. Miami, Arizona, and Buffalo make a push for Cleveland's #4 pick...and draft Rosen. That's the race.
  9. This draft will prove they either know what they’re doing or they don’t...if they believe in themselves or if they’re taking risks to hit it big and keep their careers.
  10. I see where you’re coming..I’m sure a dome is better for the city economically. But frankly, I don’t give a damn. I’m a Bills fan and I’m on a Bills forum. The city of Buffalo can burn to the ground for all I care. Just as long as the team wins. And I believe an open air stadium IS Buffalo Bills football. Yes, those teams in the 90s won playoff games in Miami and Pittsburgh; but you can’t tell me that the weather, or at least its mystique, didn’t add to their lengendary home field advantage in those years. But what the hell do we know.. let’s get some quotes from former visiting players and see what they have to say! And, we can just ask ourselves: If you were playing for the Chargers, would you rather play a playoff game in Buffalo indoors or outdoors?
  11. You’re right! It’s going to change everything! Of course the Super Bowl will come to Buffalo if only it had a dome. Know who you are. The Bills play in the snow. They always should.
  12. It better be open. What exactly is happening in a dome that can’t happen at an arena...in Buffalo? Is selling your soul worth that price??? Retractable?! Why...? Who’s seen a team open up the roof when there’s a snow storm?? I have a lot of questions..
  13. Allen is destined to be the most talented QB in the league. He’ll suck if he throws an uncatchable ball...because he’s throw it too hard. Have you ever seen a case where a QB is unsuccessful in the NFL because his arm is too strong? Me neither. I’m not talking about accuracy issues, just velocity. It’s not going to happen. His receivers will adjust and learn to get their hands up quicker...ifhe keeps hitting them in the chest and helmet. Defensive backs will never adjust to his arm strength. Allen will be worth the farm.
  14. We don't know if the Bills would have drafted any of those players. We DO know what Bennett did for the Bills. Even though Buffalo didn't win a Super Bowl back then, I have a tough time second guessing how that team was built.
  15. You Baby Boomers screwed up us Generation X’s and how we have to deal with those damn Millenials.
  16. I don't want a guy because he's pissed off at another team. I want guys that want to be here, and to win here.
  17. Kraft backed the wrong pony in this one. Belichick is more his rival, so he's the one that Kraft sees as a threat that must be eliminated. Thing is Kraft, Bill, and Brady are all on the decline. But Belichick can make the playoffs in his sleep until he's 75. Brady will be retired in 2 years. Strange things happen in NE over the past 18 years for sure. Kraft let Belichick cheat to win. I'm sure that complicates their relationship too. Bill coached this Super Bowl like he it was his last game, and he just wanted to enjoy the two weeks. The play choices and the execution of those ****ty plays was embarrassing to the Patriots. Jimmy G's trade sealed Kraft/Belichick's fate.
  18. Skins did all that, AND found their franchise (tag) QB later in the same draft. Unbelievable.
  19. In the divsional round of the playoffs, Keenum threw for over 300 yards on 40 attempts against a good, albeit young, defensive secondary. He won that game with poise, confidence, and determination. And the Vikings want him gone! If he did this for the Bills, they'd award him with a $325 mil contract. My stupid point is that the Bills are so far away from these elite organizations that a franchise quarterback will not be realized or cashed in on until so many other things are in place. Are some of those things in place now? - WE DON'T KNOW YET, and that has been the problem for last 20 years.
  20. Anyone else realize what an impossible outcome this will be for Bills' fans??? Brady wins Marrone wins Minnesota is no longer 0-4 in SBs Philadelphia and their silly loser football team wins their first SB
  21. That's Williams fault any way you look at it. He's the deep cover. He shouldn't have been that close, without the chance to play the ball or make the tackle. The kid blew it all the way around.
  22. Still not a sure thing, obviously. Belichick/Brady could easily be 0-7 in the Super Bowl.
  23. Based on that post-game interview, let's hope he stays off the tv. Not much of an Xs and Os breakdown of the play.
  24. My God. I am so sorry to read this. Made me stop and think. All the best to you, sir.
