  1. I think it’s unquestioned that most love the guy. He plays hard and fights for yardage. He looks good in spots, stretches. I like it when it’s in the game. I know he gets twice as much out of it than he should. Testament to HIM. If he had the speed, this wouldn’t be a topic because the Bills wouldn’t be in a quandary of IF to pay him.. It would be WHAT to pay him. This is nobody’s fault. Singletary just isn’t a game changing back worth keeping instead of attempting to get more explosive on offense. Remember that Dalvin Cook 80 yard touchdown last year that came out of nowhere and in hindsight pretty much blindsided the Bills. Bills need that, or die trying to find it. Feel for Singletary, Beane might be looking at this as a Good bye, but no other team is taking him, so it’s a release, and he signs for dirt cheap on another squad. Wish him the best.
  2. I’d be happy with any Bills player who can tackle for a loss. But what they have on the roster now at LB — cannot stand. Draft or free agency to come.
  3. Perine. I know it’s over, but not Perine. Throw money at him until he says yes.
  4. Yes, he was the center piece of that offense. And he’s a very physical back. He should’ve been an all time great. His size and speed and cro magnon toughness was unique. My assumption is he wasn’t obsessed with staying in shape in the off season.
  5. He didn’t do his position any favors for being such a high profile player with a World of talent hit the wall so hard after year three. Not good for RBs that deserve more $$ Edit: he had more good years than I thought
  6. JJ wants out because he’s quarterback is a very difficult person to be around. He also wants better play from that position. If he wants out or Payton doesn’t like him, could be a red flag.
  7. He’s a great player. Much better defense with him on it. This is difference maker.
  8. Are we really saying Ekeler doesn’t fit? You make him fit. It’s what coaches are supposed to do — make your best players the best they can be. That’s like saying we don’t know how Allen fits. With #30, Allen can go deep all he wants, Ekeler would own everything from the line of scrimmage to the sticks. Look how great he’s been with the Chargers. He should be even better if on the Bills. The offense would be sooo good with Ekeler.
  9. Ekeler would be a set it and forget it guy in ALL situations. I don’t see him as an I got paid, I’m not playing a 100% either. He’s at the top of the NFL player’s food chain.
  10. whatever happen there…??!!
  11. That’s all we need… more culture. So the Bengals, Chiefs, and Jags can stomp on us like a bug.
  12. Ekeler is no joke. We can say that McCaffrey is an all around better back, but if you said it was Ekeler, I wouldn’t disagree. He doesn’t miss games, and he’s an excellent short yardage and goaline back. He is absolutely complete.
  13. Not a Jeudy fan. He’s soft, and tends to highlight himself despite the lack of highlights. Don’t like those guys. He is also fragile. We need rookie deals more than overpaying or play to rent this guy.
  14. Nudge up the board
  15. Runningbacks would be solved for the next four years. And there will be injuries. Make Nines a special teamer and one of the best backups who can rotate in to spell. Use him in the slot. I don’t know.. they didn’t do anything with him on offense last year even though he was plug and play.
  16. Then Nyhimes is gone and we have one of the best backfields in the league. Yes please
  17. There has to be a disgruntled WR out there pissed off at his bad coaches and poor qb play who would settle down and thrive as a 1B here to win a SB.
  18. Be interested to see what GB receives in return. And then comparing this to how things would’ve been with Lamar Jackson in green.
  19. If the Bills can’t handle the Jets, this whole thing needs to be reassessed.
  20. Beat Rodgers with GB last year. Don’t know why the Bills could t handle him with the Jets. He’s a front runner who’s bound to implode more often the older he becomes. He’s head is a mess.
  21. Dawkins would be so pissed that the late first round rookie took his spot at left tackle he wouldn’t be our left guard for very long.
  22. Now that McDermott is HC and DC, wouldn’t he be more tied to Edmunds more than anyone else in the organization? Would McD let Edmunds go, and take the possibility that he does better elsewhere AND prove the Bills mis-drafted or mishandled him? McD might just want to keep Edmunds around so he doesn’t come back and negatively reflect McD’s poor form.
