  1. The Browns too. They play so hard.
  2. If you’re able To watch Baltimore and LAR do it. Playoff intensity. Baltimore’s defense is what we want in Buffalo.
  3. I think he hasn’t had enough draft picks and $$ on offense. McD and his playoff and big game bust if a defense gets most of the cookies. Beane isn’t the problem. The way he moved up and up to get Allen, then Edmunds was masterful. He needs the green light to go get blue chipper RBs and WRs now. This is the Bills best chance at getting over the hump.
  4. Where’s all our make up calls!! But that was the woman ref. Who knows where they stand on the whole pro KC, t’hell with Buffalo
  5. Wasn’t up to date with thread and just finish watching the game. So the Bengals didn’t kneel with 26 secs left in almost the exact same situation as Bills VS Eagles. With High School legend Jake Browning at quarterback vs NFL legend Josh Allen at QB. Grounds for removal, McDermott
  6. We’re low on the phins! I can live with that 😆 But I do think their skilled position players are much better that the Bills. Allen carries the Bills in this matchup. But Hill, Waddle, Achane, Mostart are serious serious players. HC/OC may not be your type, but he’s very effective at what he’s doing. The Offensive head coach is an obvious advantage in the AFC stroll through the playoffs.
  7. We did. Can’t take that away from the Bills. The formula doesn’t work every time, but it has worked in the playoffs every time. I’ll add to that that week 3 was the peak of the season. That was the best the Bills looked bar far. The beginning of that game was just one touchdown after another after another, and the Bills offense just didn’t stop. The Miami defense could not get a stop, and the game turned into a rout because of the defense battle. Both offenses were primed. And, Miami was still a little new to the group. KC, Cincy, Balt, Buffalo been doing this awhile. JAX and MIA not so much.
  8. Just needed to interject my wondering thinkings
  9. The Bills haven’t gotten over the hump because they don’t have the compliment of good/great players at the skilled positions. PERIOD. The Most successful team, KC, has superstar/superstar, ex superstar (Hill), good backs and wr depth. Sick of talking about them, but they haven’t replaced Hill yet and now it’s really showing. They did the complete obvious with Kelce two years ago and for some reason the league just never caught up and it was too late by the time the Chiefs were holding the Lombardi. Genius. Cincinnati. Great quarterback, superstar WR, great WR, good WR, B+ three down runningback, always effective RB depth. These players CARRY this team. No other position group on this team is special, except their kicker. Jacksonville. Same thing as Cincy, Except they are soooo fast. RB is A great and three down, I don’t think Lawrence has completely adjusted to Ridley’s speed yet, and that’s why there have been struggles. But Calvin Ridley is a different looking speed beast. Kirk and Jones are a pretty good 2/3 as a combo. And Engram is looking mighty big and athletic. This offense is ridiculous. And I just love Peterson. He is always calling good games, and seems super into the game, invested in outcomes, and hyper focused. JA41 is a star now. Dolphins. Jesus Christ. It really is a track meet out there. Good QB / superstar WR / great WR / soon to be superstar RB, significant RB depth. Play calling off the charts. These are the AFC teams that are better than the Bills, and the player personal why. They all have practically identical defensive talent, with the except for your Chris Jones guys, an emerging JA41. The NFC has the best defenses at the top by far. The Chargers should be there with their skilled players (because THATS WHAT WINS IN THIS LEAGUE), but they are the Super Chargers. Of course, Baltimore. Their offense are a gadget team with unique players that move in weird ways, and they always have a bruiser back running downhill. Andrews deserves a mention. Baltimores backbone is defense and equally special teams. They are always good and great year after year. Now the Bills. The only team they are above at skilled positions is the Ravens. This is why we feel good about beating the Ravens, and predictably unsure against any of the other teams in the playoffs. The best Bills team of this run was 2021, and everybody just assumes that the alter story after we win 13 seconds is jumping right to the forecast that we match up well against the Rams…! I love the positive mindset but we cannot just chalk up an auto-win @ the Bengals in the make believe 2021 AFCCG. That’s just silly. After that win at Arrowhead, the Chiefs were spent, and they got to play at home. Logic would suggest the Bills would be more spent if they’d won 13 seconds. So my point is, I think, the Bills are never going to beat these teams in the playoffs. Period. That is all. Unless they upgrade WR2, WR4, RB1/2/3, TE2..the guy is never healthy. Good to great skilled positions can work with C+ graded offensive lines (which any serious contender considers the floor), and a defense that can play good defense.. not great or anything, just top half of the league, with no glaring weaknesses, like a C grade position group. Since the Bills can actually fill in a roster of C+ or better position groups team wide, and have flashed special teams hahaha, they must upgrade the skilled positions to B+/great/superstar. Only way they will win it all in the JA17 era.
  10. Thanks for the refreshing OP. You must’ve been away from TBD for two months in order to summon those words, but it’s a needed balance right now. I think with a different head coach and less turnovers for Allen this team could’ve been 9-3, and still is a team nobody wants to play in the playoffs.. @KC, @BAL, whatever
  11. I know it’s totally obvious, but let’s just hold hands and say grace that we didn’t draft Darnold / Wilson with top three picks three years apart, and then trade and pay an all time great at age 39 who never even throw a pass for us.
  12. It’s absolutely the case. Why would BB try to win 4 games this year when it’s so easy to win 2? It looks like Chicago is going to make a killing at the top of this draft, but the Patriots have a chance to alter the current path of their franchise for the next 15 years. Belichick knows how to win with a great quarterback (unlike our coach), and just about the time CW inks his big deal, Bill will have about years remaining in his coaching life to get another trophy. Right when CW’s income begins to suck the organization dry, Bill will be in Florida living his life without football.
  13. So Hines is a jet ski savant, but his “friends” kept him from the love of his life, and relegated him to get-gas duty only, a function well below his pay trade. I bet these friends are McDermott and Beane.
  14. He wants to score touchdowns, he wants to play great. He runs hard and puts his body on the line. He does hit the sidelines one or two times per game when fans thinks he could turn it up and get blasted, but Cook is correct - at his size he’s being smart about it for himself and the Bills. OBD should just figure out a penalty for butterfinger plays that will motivate him. Make it fun. Sit him out with an accountability teammate—one of his good friends—and make a goal: Every time the ball hits the ground, he doesn’t get sexy time from wife for a week. Stuff like that. Shoot, making it a fun little bonding sesh between management/coach/player-family and have some fun with one of your star players, and bring in the wife for the get together at OBD. The other players will laugh,, and want to get in on it with their own face-to-face in a silly environment with management. Good vibes. OBD - do these things. Every little bit counts when you have to sell the organization to the players and coaches, and never the other why around.
  15. Imagine! McDermott handed Siriani the best possible outcome in that situation, UNDISPUTED.
  16. Yeah. Funny man, thank you for your service. Go get your house in order. Best of luck, VM40-

  18. CowTurd is the definition of blowhard. Staley should’ve been fired two years ago. He’s insanely awful and the fans hate the guy for good reason.
  19. I’m proud to share a birth date with SD14! He’s a dude you root for. Happy Birthday, Diggs!!!
  20. McD isn’t hiring a defensive coordinator, unless he gets a HC job else where. If he were fired today, the only teams that would consider him for their HC would be losers looking to mould their franchise in the form of the 2018-2022 Buffalo Bills, but unless they have a franchise QB he won’t have the same success as he had in Buffalo. McDermott is in his way out, not hiring more crap assistants. Pegula isn’t blind, he knows McD’s defense has blown game after game after JA17 gifts him lead after lead. I’d like an “interesting” emoji for posts like this. I appreciate the speculation. It makes sense, and that worries me. A lot.
  21. Sorry, but wrong. Every single one of those coaches did not have a franchise quarterback. You cannot evaluate this HC based on what Bills head coaches did 20 years ago. Am I living in fantasyland myself or something..? Serious question. I don’t agree with one statement made about keeping this big moment loser.
  22. In hindsight, I should’ve moved to Barrow, AK, invested in Brawny, had my oxygen tank turned up to max, and meditated before typing 😆 Why hasn’t McDermott cleaned out his office yet?!
  23. It’s bad. And what’s worse is the Bills are a good team. He loses closes games with a good team, which keeps them from being a great team. It’s pretty much that simple. He’s the coach, and he loses. I don’t need to blame players in a “blame McDermott” thread, see..
  24. Just the Philly game - -McDermott was scared of Philly’s pass rush (that wasn’t there). -He was scared of the rain (that both teams played in). -And he was in awe of the other kicker (not his own). To top it all off, he thought the Bills should have won the game on three separate occasions! How wrong can one coach be in a game?!
