This is now on Beane, no question he needs to step up.

He needs to use that first and move up to draft where the studs get drafted -
The Eagles beat the Chiefs by doing the opposite of the Bills

How about the Chiefs not being in a position to run the ball too. I’ll leave this here.. George Allen’s epiphany that it’s easier to destroy something than to create it. Problem is McDermott is always trying to create a defense that’s not there. So Double Whammy! -

Who did the Chiefs have that could’ve scared us? We could’ve played them tighter, and a play or two of Oliver or Rousseau getting home could have absolutely been a difference in that game. Forgetting how easily the Chiefs carved us.. 8 yards, 12 yards. Sometimes it looked like the Bills weren’t even ready to begin the okay and the Chiefs just moved the ball ten yards forward while the Bills were busy picking the noses. There it is really. McDermott wins the Super Bowl as Philly’s HC Beane, you hearing this??? -

May I? Bad old habits reappear when you’re not prepared, when you don’t start each training session revisiting solid foundational mechanics. Going to the driving range and spending a minute on grip, posture alignment.. The offense wasn’t good all season. Mahomes had a bad season all the way around. And then this happens in the SB. Has he not invested enough time in prep work before and during the season? Is he a busy guy? I don’t know much about him. -

If Beane can land Garrett, and use our top pick of 2025 on a safety IF said safety is also close to BPA… now that’ll be something. Beane is predictable. He’ll want to pair up Bishop to recreate Poyer/Hyde. Predictable is dumb and flawed sometimes. -

Mind set wise. We should be playing chess like Philly and LA with the off season. Need to be bullish right now. Allen has the locker room. He has MVP cred. Go get it! One or two of the acquisitions might not be premier Process guys, that cannot hold us back from getting top talent, as long as we dispose of disruptive behaviors appropriately (even the Chiefs played Chess with Araiza while we puttered on the checkers board). -

We agree. Carter is projecting to the highest land in Canton. This is what the Beane has to do btw— sellout draft picks to move up and hit homeruns. But I don’t see the other ten guys on the Bills defense benefitting from a Carter talent as much as the Eagles players do, because the Eagles have better players irregardlessness -

We really need him to. He has to know. Don’t think he needs to overhaul his defensive philosophy. Just add to it. -

Carter isn’t the difference between the two defenses. The number of Eagles that would start on the Bills defense is the difference. -

With what speed? 🤣🤣 Poor Coleman. Keep Moulds away from him. I hope for his confidence’s sake, he never even hears of Eric Moulds. I really think it’s Garrett or bust. He is superior in every single way to Crosby, AND age is just a number. Miles Garrett will be better than Max Crosby every single year both of them are in the NFL until one of them retires. And everybody here needs to agree with me on this one, okayyyyy -

Do we think it wont change because we can’t draft good players or because McD won’t change? -

I actually think the Bills D line wasn’t the problem vs KC. Mahomes released everything so quickly, and then the play was SO OPEN. Spotting them 8 yards every single play. -

Trouble would be Reid. They will not allow themselves “trouble” barring that drastic a change. But Beane needs to get us over them this off season. If he doesn’t, get him gone! -

I hate to do this here, but is Beane the bigger problem over McDermott? It would be easier to get rid of Beane and keep McDermott, and then release McDermott if that doesn’t work out in 1-3 years. We are all saying it. We don’t have the horses to do what the Eagles did— scheme wise because of talent deficiencies. So we can’t expect McDermott to coach ‘em up to do that, right?! There’s no talent. McDermott isn’t dumb and we watch him use his first aide kit, which only works if we force a TO or hold to FGs. So it worked a lot this season. But the D didn’t pass any eye test whatsoever. Beane’s draft record is getting worse. It’s declining. He drafts good players. But he misses on top player projections, and he misses on guys that eye test wise seem like they’d be lucky to even perform at their draft slot. He takes players and I think, what’s special about that nice looking college player..?? I don’t see any one skill that projects as a top performing talent in the NFL. Beane drafts B players everywhere in the draft. Beane should be the new Buffalo Bills Assistant GM/B Player Scout Specialist, where as Beane gets a few mid/late round picks and that’s it. We are losing the draft and free agency to the better organizations. We need to rank our roster on Beane, and not give bonus points for having a top QB. Bottom line is Beane SHOULD BE SWEATING. Would Terry instill that pressure? McDermott putting on that pressure, I don’t like it. He has other interests and his own responsibilities. I think McDermott is the smarter of the two, so I’d keep McDermott and move on from Beane if he: 1. Can’t land Garrett; 2. Loses our off season/draft; and we don’t get to the SB next season. I’m moving on. I’ll be a jerk and say I laugh that McDermott looks genuinely amazed James Cook is out performing the team’s expectations that THEY placed on him from the DRAFT (Beane) -

This is obvious but I still hope the more people say it the more it becomes obvious that our coach is #1 problem. It was also impressive that there was no spy on Mahomes, which given the four rushers would’ve been plausible. They didn’t need that either, because of the defensive line. Even the times the Eagles lineman got stuck on one side, it was literally and figuratively their right side, and a lineman broke free to cover the ground needed to disrupt Mahomes. The one play where Mahomes scrambled back and to the right and Carter was slingshotted to a Mahomes by the Chiefs shoving olineman, 4th down play, Carter got his ankles and the ball was late to the spot. The Eagles pressured AND contained the pocket, not so much the player in or out of it. All seven got to cover, tight man and zone. It was beautiful. McDermott, in all his defensive genius 🤮 hasn’t done one thing to deviate. I consider that less than genius level, on principle. He’s Ichiro compared to Willie Mays. -
I believe that’s exactly my point 😂

This is wild, respectfully. Hardman? He was a complete bust for the Chefs. His accomplishments, aberration at best. He was given the golden key and lost it. Worthy is a real WR. The bug eye test also tells me that he wants it. Rice and Worthy… what have we done like that??? I’m embarrassed. Especially because we have ass game losers and they have Rice and Worthy, and McDuffie. Maybe Beane should serious he Hot-Seated using this comparison right here. I mean seriously, Coleman, Kincaid and Elam were losing players this AFCCG. So next season the Chiefs are sure to improve Online; use Kelce more sparingly if he’s there; and use Rice and Worthy is ways that we get them 15 more wins next season. Just guessing. Hope no one here thinks the Chiefs are gonna fall apart?! 🤣🤣 But, with Garrett, in the AFCE, the #1 seed is ours. That, I believe. -
Haha. Wake up and hear Steven A say that Montana leaped Mahomes. GOOD Montana got crushed. I can listen to this. I was staunch Montana until Brady went Buc wild at the end there. But I still appreciate 4-0 in the SB more than X wins-1 loss. But I know I’m wrong for that.

Pretty good defense/coach every single year he was a pro.

I did not want to see this happen tonight. My Coleman and Worthy comments this season are not of the flattering type Only Beane would undersell Worthy’s freakables and buy into whatever he thinks Coleman CAN be. -
Dont forget the douche part

And boy was it a sign of things to come. I absolutely hated it too. My biggest gripe was Hey, McDummy! We were GIFTED a TD… let’s get the F out of here right now! I was very prepared for the Chiefs to go TD-TD to bookend halftime. And here our idiot coach is taking points off the board! I absolutely wanted to punch something. We lost momentum, and yo-yo’d it for the rest of the game until Kincaid’s drop. Really felt that 21-17 would have settled the boys down for a much more systemic beat down of the Chiefs in the second half. And McDermott stole that feeling from me within seconds at 21-16 -
