Go to San Diego. Become the Pandas When a talking head screams that this guy or that guy is the best in the draft, and Roseman hears it, he goes and gets him.

Free Agents we like for the 2025 Bills?
Thrivefourfive replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean, they’re stuck with Samuel. It’s not like they could trade him 🤣 All they have is hope, because nothing in 2024 pointed towards success. To me, it’s a bad signing as it stands now. If hope is the answer, okay I used to think another WR for this season was always in the cards, but no way, right. Samuel, Coleman, Cooper, Hollins. Beane’s attempt to solidify the WR room started in FA and ended on draft D2 2024, and Cooper was a ditch effort. That’s a pretty glaringly poor outcome, no? -

Yes. That’s a problem. We going to saying this again next off season if he’s hurt again, or when do we stop with the hurt excuse? Getting hurt is part of a player’s profile. It affects their bottomline. It factors into how I see things going with Beane’s signing. -

Samuel is a 10 yards per reception guy. Do the math. For him to have numbers that would make his existence worth it he needs 80 catches, 120 targets—he’s a 65% catch rate guy. And now he can’t be depended on because of age and injury, he turns 30 before the season opener. This is Beane’s miss, and I’m done not adding that every time we talk about misses. Talk up the hits too, but given his job title, we should expect hits, not glorify them. -
The Stadium Wall is a great place to come talk about the Bills

I just don’t think y’all understand my excitement and love of the Bills 💙❤️🥰 Sometimes I break all the rules to get to my happy (miserable) place 😊 -
He talks too much like a defensive coach. Like, ummmmm, he never sounds like he knows exactly what’s going on offensively. Just be complimentary so my ailing defensive doesn’t give up 40.. I don’t know if this is the case or not. Anyone else get that? Belichick was a defensive guru, and he never seemed deficient in comprehending other areas of the team. McDermott lets screwy offensive things happen, he lets screwy special teams things happen. He lets screwy clock things happen. He lets screwy timeout things happen. He lets screwy challenge flag things happen. He lets screwy defensive things happen like 13 seconds and giving up ten yards a pop to the Chiefs in the AFCCG (just replay this game to see how bad he can be). Belichick has control over all these things. He was always talking to Tom when needed. When McDermott talks to Allen in/game all he ever does is scare him into thinking Complimentary Football To replace McDermott, I’d go to the great QBs who are willing to talk and ask them for an hour and pick their brains about their head coach experiences. Then I’d compare notes after doing the same with Josh. See what you find…

McDermott brings: stability culture winning defense… except when it matters 🙄 even though we can see his deficiencies, I know in my heart of hearts the guy wants it, and he wants it for the City of Buffalo and all Bills fans. He’s an undeniable homer and I love him for that. McDermott lacks: Can’t beat the Chiefs in the playoffs. We’re at the point where this will be on his headstone unless JA17 bails his ass out once and for all time. For whatever reason, Beane can’t draft ‘em and McDermott can’t make ‘em great. I’ll put that on Beane, but we better not waste a talent like Garrett because McDermott simply can’t come off his prejudicial pre snap, pre game, pre season, pre draft, pre everything defensive system. He needs to be more fluid, and maybe that will allow for players to ball, and ballers to come here to ball out. Maybe <— I don’t like having to ask this question eight years on in a coach’s tenure. We’re not running a charity here, pal.

We’re not losers. We win 10+ games every year. We’ve been Super Bowl favorites enough times to know McDermott isn’t capitalizing even when he’s had the horses. There are coaches who take very good teams and apply the finishing touches. Listen if he’s going to stick around after 13 seconds, all the game clock/timeout/red flag blunders, losing to the Chiefs FOUR STRAIGHT PLAYOFF GAMES (his little four falls) then what are we even talking about here?? 😫 Okay, I’ll tell you what. As long as Beane is the GM, he ain’t firing McDermott and TP is not keeping Beane over McDermott unless they have some Romero and Juliet thing going on. Beane has to go, if we want a HC that can get it done. . We match up better against the Eagles, than the Chiefs. The fact that McDermott cannot even make a dent against KC (do they ever looked bothered playing against us for enough of the game for us to capture the moment..??) in the playoffs and he’s still the coach five years after losing to them for the first time in the playoffs… Something other than McDermott has to change for McDermott to be gone. We are holding on too tight. Gotta let him go. Gotta let him go.

Espinesa is second round pick. I keep forgetting that. Man Beane sucks at drafting rounds 1-2

If you get this safety, how does he help? I want good safeties too, but our problem was not being able to cover the short and medium stuff. We gave up some ridiculously open 30 yarders like Baltimore’s last TD where Jackson just stood there all day, but safety didn’t really cost us like our DLine or our CBs did, or when we were deported at LB over the course of the season. Safety might be the position we need the least on defense right now. That’s not saying much I know, but it’s sayin’ something.

This is now on Beane, no question he needs to step up.

We’re ready. Passed ready. The locker room culture is established. Josh Allen is its Premier. Let’s roll. Bring in the ballers, JA17 gives these guys the green light now. -
Bills hire Jason Rebrovich as assistant defensive line coach
Thrivefourfive replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Know what on this Elam business. MAJOR MAJOR BUST, and it’s time to move on. So he’s gonna relearn man coverage after playing sparingly his first two season in zone. Please. What are we talking about here. He’s going to re learn how to man up. Great. Listen, if he was “all-in” the past two seasons then he didn’t get a lick of man coverage NFL coaching, so here we are. HE HAS TO RE-LEARN MAN COVERAGE. And when he’s good and ready he gets to go try it out at the NFL level. This is a joke, right? Dude cannot play. I want to know who’s responsible for drafting him. We cannot do this and beat the best teams. The Chiefs hit and the Eagles hit more than us in the draft AND free agency. Why is that okay with everyone?? -

It’s an untapped wealth of potential and action Who’s fault is that? I know a first round CB doesn’t want to play ST. But come on. Guy can’t cover kicks and that’s okay? He needs to do more,,,, than be a bum -
The Eagles beat the Chiefs by doing the opposite of the Bills

Noticed it. On the long worthy throw—a beautiful ball—he really slung his arm around his body like throwing a cat by the tail. It’s fun to give him grief 😂 So yeah! He Sucks!! 🤣🤣 You should thank @Einstein Wasn’t that enjoyable?!?!?! -

Anyone on the Bills you think could be traded?
Thrivefourfive replied to KentuckyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I could get something for Milano, would in a second. I keep Rousseau because we’re getting Garrett. How valuable of a teammate would MG95 be for GR50?! I’d pick at bad teams and try to fleece them by offering Bills players for their picks. I take them picks and trade up to draft great players. I’d sign FAs that fit roles,, not in the draft as Beane operates it currently. -

It should always be BPA. You’re obviously not going to draft six straight left guards if they are BPA. But The Bills have all these holes for top talent, yet have a steady stream of steady Eddie’s. Not only are we in BPA mode, but we’re in move up mode to extend our range of BPAs
