Roll call??!! what’s the atmosphere? Bills fans cool? Patriots fans miserable? -
Terrel Bernard in question for the start of the Playoffs ???
Thrivefourfive replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m done with this. He can rest for two weeks. That’s awesome actually. He’ll be ready and as healthy as we can hope for for the Divisional round. Shapes out to me. Here we go with another McDermott can’t run his defense without Kuechly 😂 -
This. It’s becoming clear to the league too. This is a very new situation we’re are in this year. 1. It would not be happening with Diggs here. No matter what behavior he’s on. And 2. It’s a big reason why the Bills will win the Super Bowl this season. How many of you have been saying for years— “”Screw defense, We need to outscore ‘’em!!”” We are here, folks

The Stadium Wall, Went to my First Game

It’s a market, but that type of parking and experience and safety, for $20, is irrational in LA. I had a $50 and wanted it out of my hands for that quality of parking. I took a $20 for change because they were so quick to hand it to me. Why is Lambeau taunted as the ONLY neighborhood ballfield?? Come on -
Just say it. Who cares. Not saying it for, how many years now?? hasn’t worked, so screw it. The Bills are winning it

Parking was one of those where you either pull in now and get your spot, or play games driving closer and nearer and feeling squeezed at your first Bills game. These little decisions to not push our luck.. all the difference. We drove up Brompton from Southwestern and as we turned right on Sheldon we just pulled in and it was $20. Simple. House on corner. They’ll remember us probably forever so just let Christina know that the California couple who came inside the house while she snapped the security tag off a new jacket that the store forgot to remove sent ya. The Jets game people. Funniest thing.. The 92 years young patriarch was telling me about going to the Rams/Bills game, and he was feeling guilty that he cause the loss. He’s convinced. Bills fans. Here I was from the opposite direction on a cooler, telling him there is no way my bad luck can stop this team FROM GLORY We parked at 11:35ish and stayed for 45 mins I’d say before waking down to the game. All the way down Sheldon was residential game parking and tailgating and insane colors of Blue and Red. -
He looks, walks, and moves like a stiff bulky older player. Good news is Kelce isn’t any younger than his age in 2021, so here we go.

These are all the best parts!! Got our gear at Rally House, had the rental car (with Florida plates 😂) so I just decided to wing it (pun) and get some parking residential. I’ve read on here about getting out of the stadium lots. No thanks. Parked at Sheldon and Brompton. This really is where at the magic began. Without giving out names, because I met and chatted with everyone. Sorry, fuzz. Machine/Shot Gun Kelly’d a Blue Light with awesome tailgaters, was offered a lot more. Did our thing and had the greatest walk to the stadium. Right down Sheldon. Pictures and videos. New Stadium and Old. Italian Sausage on the go (and I regret not getting a BUF hoodie at the cool merch tent. It was different that the ones at BFLO and so on. Did the rail yard depot lines converging getting into that end of Highmark. End zone fate. Seats were 134-24-1 & 134-24-2 The timing of our walk up was we were in our seats at 1pm. So all the noise walking up was ENERGY BUILDING Ahhhh sorry everyone that went to their first game in the 300s. Me too at Angel Stadium in 1986 when I was 8. Still remember seeing Boggs career batting avg on the screen as he was third all time at that point in his career. Something like that. Whoops.. hey Anaheim is chilly at night in July — swear it! The seats took time for me to purchase. At first, I was all about row 5, but I decided it’s too close. The players cut off half the field. And then from our seats the big camera station is in the way. No way. Then I was going to go for 130 row 1. Great player interaction they say. But, the game- I wanted to see every play the best I could. We were the 50 yard line. We were practically directly in between Nantz and Romo, in a straight line with JA17’s seat on the bench (I want him sitting BETWEEN the line and the skill guys, not at the end!) Just unreal. Everyone around us was awesome. All Bills fans. I was vibing and the 300s would’ve been just as awesome. Nothing was going to stop that party. Not a big drinker either on the regular and I wanted to grab some beers for our new friends, but I chose to stand and watch every minute from kickoff until security told me kindly: “Gotta go.” I didn’t leave 134-24-1/2 Ate up at TC Wheelers Saturday night after getting in and checking into the old BUFFALO INSANE ASYLUM hotel!!!!!! YESSSSSSSS We do wings at home, but I hadn’t realized I’m lathering them with Franks and it’s too much, and subtle is what’s called for. We practice every game day. The city is dead by 8pm, and wanted to eat downtown but didn’t happen. Come at me! -

Ferguson threw six picks! That’s a sentence I’ve never said or wrote out in front of me. Speaking of, it’s true that the red helmets came about because he was colorblind and all the division teams had white helmets so he didn’t know who was a phin and who was a Bill? My dad’s first was at the Rockpile. Then Rich Stadium. “Went to see OJ run” I asked a few people around town is: Was anyone around when the filmed The Natural was filmed, and sat in as extras in War Memorial? My grandparents did 🤣 Im saying it. I’m saying it. I’m saying it. After the Bills win the Super Bowl, next season will be more about celebrating The Rich as opposed to recovering from a bad playoff loss. So yes, go! I’ll go too -

I just didn’t have the opportunity 🫢 But you’re right - my Peterman game was in Carson, CA. So the only bad thing was the Bills. LA Chargers fans in a soccer stadium. Sure, I wore my real Marc Levy seater. But the glorious retro re-do is AWESOME -

Did you want to see the extended version?? -
I’m writing this here. Not sure where else it’d go. Today (yesterday..I’m not letting it go, yet..) Sunday, Dec 28 was a day, man. Told wife that it’s this day — and our wedding evening. The Best. First Bills Game. (*****.. I forgot to get a certificate,, but the way this trip has gone, the front office has mine in the mail 😍 We’re not from around here. Wife and I. But She’s in love and talking retirement to this area. No *****. Where we live.. it’s the place you surf and ski in the same day,, but we don’t do that, so we’re good. Will I make a triumphant return to my homeland of the Tonawandas to round out my life. Things come back around - around here. Game Day. My in-person Bills record is 0’fer. Across one, two, three, four west coast stadiums, not all in one state either. So. At my age, today kinda needed to happen. The loss column might be double digits. I have a few stories you’d all just love. Misery. Raiders.. Coliseum. 1992(?) Anyone..? Yeah. Go NWA. Apparently. Today, We geared up for four hours in a shower. Not a drop at the game. I didn’t want to leave the stadium. At the end I sat there and replayed all the special moments that I’ve watched on tv over the years. There’s the comeback touchdowns. Jesus. I know the end zones. There’s that 41-3 halftime AFCCG. Wow. It was a special special thing for me to get that opportunity. So I thank everything. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was A+. I screamed and swore, all with love, and everyone around let me. I would have shut right up if anyone said a word. I let it out today, and so did she, and we were met with nothing but laughs and great conversations, and patiently loving tolerance. We thank you. You really have something special here. Now. Before it’s gone. Then, a new chapter in the book. There is a high school feel to the entire city/area/team/stadium/QB. Game means something here. My wife, born and raised in sunny Southern California, and after one day she wants to live here. You win. Hey, the quarterback——my God. The Glorious Josh Allen. He should be the one to win it all with the old stadium, and enjoy the victory lap over hurt and heartache and undeniable glory, and then go get more in Stadium #3 (“Big Three”……!!!!!…???? we got a name yet for the new place??? )) Anyways, the game was PERFECT. Prohibition- PERFECT. It’s older smaller brother across the road- PERFECT (better inside🤓). If we met you today/tonight, we chatted it the hell up for an hour or so. I enjoyed the ***** out of it. 3:42am and I still hear the screaming. BUFF-A-LO! Go Bils (I love that we’ve dropped an L ..(have we?!?)) All of it. But, sleep time. Delirimonium. Bye. THANK YOU BUFFALO THANK YOU BILLS THANK YOU EVERYONE GO BILLS!!!!!!!!

I almost forget the conversation BECAUSE I WENT TO MY FIRST BILLS GAME TODAY!!! AND IM WRITING A NOVEL ABOUT THAT EXPERIENCE SOON ENOUGH I would ALWAYS take the Ravens defense over what the Bills have had year in year out since… Schwartz, actually. You? ^^^ but I always think that it’s more coaching than personal, with the caveat of the Ravens being so strong straight up the middle—nose-> MLB-> FS/SS. I don’t know if that’s even true or not, but I’m a feel person and I don’t need a bunch of analytics to prove a point that I’d prefer coming around to with my eyes… Analytics is great for breaking down the past. I believe it’s no more effective serving as a predictor as licking your thumb to find the wind.

Get outta here with those avg passing yds per game

Hey I just want everyone to hear this.. In lieu of rookie Drake Maye running his first ever QB sneak….out of our loud endzone—a task the veteran hero JA17 could not handle when it mattered most—and stood in the pocket like Plymouth Rock to calmly Deliver the Patriots from the scary place that the silly fans got loud about thinking it was a very bad place for the Cheats….Offenses haven’t had a worry in the world against McClappy’s defense in a while. How’s that sitting with everyone?

Why hasn't the Samuel signing worked?
Thrivefourfive replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Too much on Brady and Josh’s plate? The two WRs last year didn’t work either. But Samuel should be a solid WR2/3 with Coleman right now. Be nice if these guys were more plug n pay like they were in the Brady and Manning offenses. Patriots did do a lot of offensive philosophy adjusting though based on personal. I remember thinking the Patriots got scary when Dillon ran really well for them, completely shifting who they were on offense. Brady is dealing with Kincaid too. He’s just not the player yet. Hype. I think Brady is finding ~Let’s ditch some gadgets for some December football. I like that a lot better too.
