I like this a lot. I have no doubt a true competitor will thrive in an environment such as OP. I think the kid is a gamer. And his super great HC seems to love him. I think that’s powerful. I think Payton is no dummy. His receiver group is versatile. That Sutton is big and aggressive at the high point. The other guy is fast. I really like the way the ball comes off Bo Nix’s hand. I don’t know.. what is it?.. he plays like Billy Hoyle to me Knows exactly who he is and isn’t shy to go big. Him not getting knocked down is a major thing to me. To me it means Payton and Nix have free rein, and many many confusing DBs and a slow Milano isn’t going to stop the type of offense that’s taking Payton to the Hall of Fame

Watch them not being able to cover JJ18. It could honestly happen. Like a 14/222/3 game to take the 1 seed. Always seems Detroit leaves a lot of empty space in the defensive backfield.

I hate that the Bills could beat the Lions or Vikings in the Super Bowl. I’m glad that the Bills will win it this year, so if either one of those two teams are our next SB opponent it’d be nice at least if they win. Any of the other NFC teams… bring it. Don’t care about you!!!!

If this what floats their boats, which it does, I’m all for it. The biggest prize is the SB for all of them. They shower themselves with football love every game day.

All the players wanted that outcome. And they are on the field controlling the effort towards that outcome. Pats fans have no perspective at all.

Why again did Ben Johnson not get a HC job? Did he choose to stay, based on what was out there at the time..? Can’t remember. But I’d take him as HC I think. But none of that is happening. We always think the best OCs and DCs will be next man up for the head coach jobs, but it all depends. I’ve always hated how interviews can take place before the end of the season. There won’t be another Bills big name OC or an OC dominated season ever again. Allen dragged Dorsey, and he’s doing a lot of leg work to get this rookie-ish OC across the line. Unreal really, again, what we’re seeing Allen do for the Bills. With his first Super Bowl win, McDermott will have the keys to the city’s football team. So he’s staying. What needs to happen is Josh needs to be the overarching factor in offensive design and scheme. Then the OC compliments Josh with excellent insight, perspective, and co- game design and play calling, especially crunch time innovations. Josh McDaniels. I just have the feeling that even with all that power McDermott will not loosen up enough to bring in an offensive master,, like Reid does with his DC. It’s a character trait, and he’d be showing a ton of growth and confidence if he’d release some responsibility to an OC and Josh. Points win games…. McDermott still thinks defense wins games…. and therein lays his problem So that’s the path right now. Because the Bills are going to win the Super Bowl. Question is, going forward, McDermott must evolve to win more than one.
