  1. We have a lot of "near superstars" which is better than having just 1-3 true superstars . . . And we play particularly well as a team.
  2. That's fair - I wasn't considering the effect of weather conditions.
  3. Browns are a lot more competitive with Winston - They'll win about half of their remaining games and impact the playoff seeding for sure. The only teams I'd really be worried about playing are Chiefs, Ravens, Texans, Chargers roughly in that order. Bengals would be a concern but I don't see them making the playoffs. Hope the teams in the North beat the crap out of each other!
  4. I have never been a fan of "Bills Mafia" personally. So I'm being consistent. So funny that some here immediately make this political and call people libby's, etc. This is not a political discussion. It's in bad taste IMHO, that's the point. No one (or very few, I assume) are "outraged" over this.
  5. Agreed, but that is an important subtlety here: The (theoretical) drunken idiots likely didn't even conceive of how what they did might be perceived. In an ideal world, you need to step in the shoes of others and realize it's in poor taste and could be taken as a racial slur. And also in poor taste for other reasons.
  6. Nailed it! Thanks.
  7. I am not a cancel culture/politically correct kind of guy. But in my opinion, and my opinion only, hanging a kermit is in poor taste for several reasons. Feel free to disagree. I am not losing any sleep over it, and I am sure the media will blow it way out of proportion, as they always do.
  8. My personal opinion is that it's in poor taste. Sure, it's funny and basically harmless but the insinuation of violence and (very likely unintentional) suggestion of a lynching is surely offensive to some.
  9. Way, way too many for any sane person. Probably 30-35.
  10. Incredible game and win. Very much a team effort and so happy to see Samuel and Cooper contribute. Shakir is nails! Defense was great too. Even Von got a sack. Seems like both our O and D can find multiple ways to get the job done. That 26-yard run by Josh was totally nuts! We unleashed “running josh” a little more today since it was a big game. Fu@k Mahomie and the Chiefs!
  11. The reason why one might not trade Allen for Mahomes is that you should evaluate them as if they had been in the same circumstance (i.e., apples to apples). And for all of Mahomes' success relative to Allen, the argument could be made that M is a huge benefactor of coaching, scheme, etc. As some have said, would Alllen have had similar crazy amounts of success if he had been the Chiefs QB instead of Mahomes? And how would Mahomes have done here instead of Allen? I think the two QBs are both extremely good. It's a close call IMHO.
  12. Going to go against the grain and common sense and predict a Bills blowout! Bills 31, Chiefs 17 (with 7 coming late in 4th during garbage time). Chiefs turn the ball over 2-3 times, Bills on fire most of the game.
  13. Hopefully 2-2 after Sunday
  14. Dead wrong - AZ holds a playoff spot. And I'd argue we have other "quality" wins e.g. most recently against the Fish. That said, I understand we've had a fairly easy schedule - Toughens up alot over the next several weeks and will be a good test.
