Ralph wasn't perfect as few of us are. There's several things that I can point to as weaknesses with him and his ownership of the club. That said there are so many more positives than those. I don't think the AFL would have survived without him and there would be no Buffalo Bills today. I for one am grateful to Ralph and now the Pegula's for keeping this team in Buffalo and resisting the pressure to leave for a larger market.

I don't think they forced Beane's hand or anything like that but I've heard Beane say that the Pegulas told him how much they really like his attitude and drive.

I've always heard that from the time of the face to face meeting in Wyoming the Pegulas wanted Allen. Guess he had them at hello

I've seen him kill teams over the year. He's not a true #1 but he'll be a lot more effective in Tennessee than Juio was. Great pickup for the Titans to go with along with AJ Brown. They just got better. Thankfully though they face the AFC West teams this year and we don't.

It goes way beyond that. He couldn't build a cohesive organization. Way too much drama and in fighting.

Yeah me too. Will always be grateful for what he brought to the team and have great memories of the many key plays he made. Such a shame that the whole Covid thing happened and the tone changed this year. This little comment by McKenzie on OBL kinda sums it up best. Stick with the Dick Jauron pick for worst ever. Rex wasn't good by any means but at least there was energy. I'll never forget Jim Kelly once saying that during the Jauron years he'd be in the Bills locker room after the game and could never tell if we won or lost. Probably the reason I took to McD so quick was his emphasis on culture from the second he got the job.

Josh Allen is a unicorn.

Bringing back Fromm would be a waste. The guy has a weak arm and little athletic ability. Was surprised when we drafted him. There's better marginal QB talent out there.

Not sure that everyone will agree that he is a "splash" player but I'd love to see them add Cordarrell Patterson. The GOCTB options with him in Josh's offense would be special.

Kay Adams really has something against Josh Allen. I've never seen a clip where the rest of the crew is praising #17 that she doesn't try and switch it to another QB

I think it all depends on if they win. They've pushed in all their chips for this year - lean times are coming salary cap wise - so if he can do a John Madden then why not. I'm not so sure he'll find success in tv as he's lack the personality of the big guy.
