  1. Yeah, I was thinking this after posting.. It's basically just a risk of public opinion. If you know what your'e doing (ie building a championship NFL roster), then I think you can justify it. But if you were any of the previous Bills regimes... or Browns... or Raiders... you'd just look like an idiot for taking the RB after it fails. EDIT: Oh I got your point... so best case scenario, you have a big contract tied into a RB even if you do it right....and now you are gambling on a RB ability to stay healthy in order for your 'winning-window' stay open.
  2. You're either in 3rd grade, or 80 years old.. So don't worry my Grandpa says all sorts of crazy things too.
  3. The problem is that you're likely a bad team if you're picking in the top-5 to top-10... and you likely have more pressing needs then RB. Now... give Saquon or Zeek or Gurley to an already playoff contender... I think it's a no brainer to take that talent high in the draft.
  4. I think Shady dances around because he knows he'd get injured running like a normal tailback.
  5. I'ts only cool if it's an anomaly... not the norm. Patriots 18-1 season Rams Greatest Show on Turf Those unstoppable great offenses were something to marvel at. But when there's multiple teams doing this (Chiefs/Rams/Saints).. it's just not exciting because it's just normal.
  6. Missed the game, but after I saw the final score, I had ZERO remorse for not being able to watch it. Welcome to Arena Football I guess... we all knew this was eventually coming.
  7. ...you do know this game is a team sport right? I didn't know such a short-sited opinion could exist, so thanks haha
  8. Not really... Johnson is much myounger and AP is not making crap ton of money. Bell will get a larger contract that Johnson as well. It's called hedging your bets. Bell could have risked playing this season for $14mil. If he comes out healthy he wins the bet and signs the same massive contract that he is about to in this upcoming offseason... If he blows his knee out he's looking at a 2-year prove it deal... afterwards he's even closer to 30 and never going to get the big payday. By holding out all year, Bell guarantees a massive multi-year deal. It's very logical assuming you have the self control. Thanks, I have no idea what your point is, but what you wrote means you agree I guess.
  9. The board applauds you Freddyjj for your devotion to a clean and healthy lifestyle...
  10. Doubt it. But even if it is true do you know what would of lowered his value even more...? Blowing out his knee this year.
  11. Ben is also rapist.. I know everyone likes to forget about that...
  12. It's a business.. Ben is a previous co-worker. I'm assuming the two haven't spoken or texted in several months so it's not weird that he didn't respond.
  13. I guess my point was that you have to know your limitations and can't just blindly play aggressive. On the far end of the spectrum, we obviously saw what happens when Peterman tries to be 'aggressive'... Barkley very easily probably should have had 2 INTs. Both of which would have been extremely unnecessary plays to try and make since the Bills were in complete control of the game, and his arm strength/ability is below average. Know your limits, know your situation... It doesn't surprise me that he has one of the worst INT rates in NFL history.
  14. Exactly this. My take from watching the game is he's too aggressive for having a below average arm. Yesterday's performance would be considered an outlier if he were to play this way over a longer stretch.
  15. No one has ever cared about anyone's fantasy football team since the beginning of time. I don't even care about my own fantasy team. ?
  16. You didn't know that Buffalo's not allowed to draft/ruin Clemson football players anymore.
  17. If you're out on McDermott now you should of been out on him weeks ago. Nothing has changed other than a bunch more injuries.
  18. It's funny that if the Bills had won 1 or 2 games it wouldn't be considered the toughest schedule anymore due to their influence on the other teams records.
